The best Veterinary service in Madrid, and all of Spain…TEN STARS!! Dr. Nave and her entire staff are exemplary, professional and personable in every way, from their knowledge of and caring for your pets needs, to communicating with their clients in a timely and understandable manner.
My first experience with AAH was while transporting my dog Buey to Spain from the US. They ensured he was picked up from the airport in Madrid promptly and delivered him to me in Valencia immediately while keeping me informed every step of the way.
Based on the excellent service I received with my first encounter with AAH I decided to again use their services to ship Buey on his return to the US from Valencia. From the very beginning that proved to again be the perfect choice. The driver made the pick up as scheduled, he was very professional, he greeted Buey and then ensure that he loaded the travel crate properly and securely strapped it in place inside the air conditioned van and after placing Buey inside made sure he had water and was comfortable for the start of his long journey.
After Buey’s arrival in Madrid he needed to board in a kennel while awaiting his final veterinary check, customs clearance, and flight arrangements. While there I think he thought he was on vacation, the kennel worker would make sure that he was comfortable, well fed, and watered, and even spent time with him daily to exercise and play with him.
After his long flight home Buey arrived on time, as promised, healthy, happy and in good spirits. AAH communicated with me almost daily, or whenever I had a question, through the whole process; often including photos and videos with their updates.
I cannot say enough good things about AAH. If you need quality and professional general veterinary services, or international shipping as I did, AAH can do it all. I highly recommend AAH as the best veterinary care provider in Madrid.

Nave y todo su personal son ejemplares, profesionales y agradables en todos los sentidos, desde su conocimiento y cuidado de las necesidades de sus mascotas, hasta la comunicación con sus clientes de manera oportuna y comprensible.
Mi primera experiencia con AAH fue mientras transportaba a mi perro Buey a España desde los Estados Unidos. Se aseguraron de que lo recogieran en el aeropuerto de Madrid con prontitud y me lo entregaron en Valencia inmediatamente mientras me mantenían informado en cada paso del camino.
Basado en el excelente servicio que recibí en mi primer encuentro con AAH, decidí utilizar nuevamente sus servicios para embarcar a Buey en su regreso a los EE. UU. desde Valencia. Desde el principio, resultó ser nuevamente la elección perfecta. El conductor hizo la recogida según lo programado, fue muy profesional, saludó a Buey y luego se aseguró de cargar la caja de viaje correctamente y asegurarla con correas en su lugar dentro de la camioneta con aire acondicionado y después de colocar a Buey adentro se aseguró de que tuviera agua y estaba cómodo para el inicio de su largo viaje.
Después de la llegada de Buey a Madrid, tuvo que ser alojado en una perrera mientras esperaba su control veterinario final, el despacho de aduana y los arreglos de vuelo. Mientras estaba allí, creo que pensó que estaba de vacaciones, el trabajador de la perrera se aseguraba de que estuviera cómodo, bien alimentado y bebido, e incluso pasaba tiempo con él todos los días para hacer ejercicio y jugar con él.
Después de su largo vuelo a casa, Buey llegó a tiempo, como prometió, sano, feliz y de buen humor. AAH se comunicó conmigo casi a diario, o cada vez que tenía una pregunta, durante todo el proceso; a menudo incluye fotos y videos con sus actualizaciones.
No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre AAH. Si necesita servicios veterinarios generales profesionales y de calidad, o envíos internacionales como lo hice yo, AAH puede hacerlo todo. Recomiendo encarecidamente a AAH como el mejor proveedor de atención veterinaria en Madrid.
