I was able to easily make an appointment online and have my sick dog seen very quickly after worsening symptoms. All of the staff were amazing and very prompt! We also loved that they provided us options for the testing and treatment they recommended, along with the price breakdown. We drove 30 minutes to have our dog be seen here and we would do it again if we needed to. Highly recommend this urgent care for your sick pet!

Wonderful experience. I’m grateful that my reason for a visit wasn’t for a medical emergency, but I am genuinely grateful for the care and attention given. Making an appointment was super easy and they saw us the same day. We got into the exam room straight away, and everyone was lovely. There was a thorough exam, and a very quickly administered treatment. The facility was exceptionally clean and parking was easy and ample. Pricing was great for services rendered. They took great care of me and my dog.

Absolutely wonderful experience, and for sure the best I've had with a vet. My 10 year old, very anxious cat was treated here. What they assumed would be a 4 hour treatment turned into a 10 hour hospitalization, with 3 rounds of treatment, and they never upped the charges. Throughout it all, the staff was warm and kind to me as well as every other person there, answering every question, allowing me to check on my cat more than once, and explaining every last thing to me to make sure I was fully aware of everything happening. I've never experienced such wonderful communication at a vet before. They somehow kept my cat calm and pain-free during the whole stay and minimized stress to her as much as possible, keeping her clean and happy the whole time. They even checked in via phone call the next day and advised next steps for me, and were yet again patient and kind with every question I asked, wanting to make sure for certain that my kitty was happy and healthy and that I was informed of every option possible. Overall, they turned a nightmare situation for my cat and I into a safe, comfortable experience. If you pet needs seen quickly, I suggest you do so here!

I took my sweet dog in yesterday for a situation I was growing concerned about. I've never met such a compassionate, transparent, positive staff in my life. From the moment I arrived, Lindsy greeted me by name and ushered me into a clean room. Dr Drop was incredible at explaining everything that was happening in a way that I could understand. They gave me time to process and make informed decisions, even if they weren't decisions I wanted to make.

After 14 years together, I never expected to have to say goodbye to my girl yesterday. I was expecting some transition to palliative care, but the situation escalated quickly. I couldn't have asked to be anywhere else in that moment. I'm so thankful to the entire staff for doing what they could, and then doing what she and I needed when needs changed. I would seriously recommend this facility time and time again, but especially Dr Drop.

I brought my cat for an eye issue, which turned out to be a corneal ulcer. Glad that I went when I did! They were great with the cat (as difficult as she is with strangers). I also appreciated the transparent, clear upfront pricing and the detail with the estimate, which took a lot of the stress out of the urgent care visit. I’ll definitely be using them again for my next urgent pet veterinary care.

Love that we could make an appointment and had no wait time. The vet, technicians, etc. were all kind and helpful during a very difficult time. We were given great details and expanded input/knowledge to help us make the right decisions. Our cat went in lethargic and not eating and he felt better the same night because of their care and guidance. Highly recommend!

What an asset to have in our neighborhood. My dog had an acute episode of pain and we brought her in on Superbowl Sunday evening. The reception staff, vet techs, and vet were compassionate and thorough. We got a pain shot and were in and out in an hour. Night and day difference from the other emergency vets in town, where I've waited 6 hours to be seen many times. Thank you for taking excellent care of my wire fox terrier.

AVOID! AVOID! Please avoid this establishment at all cost. Please, please take your pet to Care Center of Centerville or Cincinnati if your animal needs care. Our beautiful pup was misdiagnosed and given a blanket diagnosis of gastritis because the staff did not listen to our concerns. Basic blood work and X-ray cost $1k and we left with a missed diagnosis and a pup still in pain. When approached regarding the missed diagnosis, staff explained we could revisit for another fee. Instead, a visit to Care Center and 20 minutes was all it took to properly diagnosis and treat our dog. I would never want someone else to have to watch their animal be in pain and a pet owner to be out time and money for such incompetent care.
