The staff and doctors are friendly and professional as well as super knowledgeable. They just do dogs and cats now and have changed ownership from when we first started using them. But the quality, cleanliness and professional service is still offered.

My dog is very reactive and very hyper with high anxiety. Very much a handful when it comes to new people and things. But the staff handled her with 3 appointments plus more to come and got the job done, didn't deny her which is what I was afraid of. So very thankful and I appreciate all they do. Dr. Everett was great. She was very professional and thorough with our two cats. It was our first visit. We brought cats in for their 1 year appointment. Couldn't be happier with how friendly the entire staff was.

I booked boarding for our two border collies a month in advance in anticipation of a trip to see my Aunt. This was the first time boarding at this paticualr time of year. We don't usually travel at this time during the holidays, but had to due to certain circumstances out of our control.

I received a call back a week later and was told they made a mistake and did not have a run for one of our dogs. We graciously accepted that and kept the appointments even with a smaller area for one of our dogs. Now today 12/17/2024, we get another call back again and was told they made another mistake and will not be open on the day we were scheduled for pick up. I was told that now unless we pick them up a day early and (cutting our trip short a day) we will have to keep them in another day for an additional charge.

I pointed out the fact that this was now the second call back on the same booking and was told the girl who booked it for us was new and there was a learning curve there. Furthermore I was told in speculation that "you are off on new years day and so are we". She also stated she was not going to argue with me when I started asking questions about this error, and I stated I was not going to argue with her either!

Point here is even if you talk nicely, there are just some things you don't say to a customer and expect them to pay for multiple mistakes and continue to be cordial. I was near livid due to her comments and had to tell her I would call back later.

We have been going here to Agripet for twenty years between our dogs and cats for veterinarian services and bording. I am very disappointed in the multiple errors in the scheduling and lack of customer service received.

I feel they are very reasonably priced in comparison to other vets I've seen.

Best vet I’ve ever been to! They were able to see my dog same day when we had an emergency, their pricing is incredibly affordable, and they are extremely quick and efficient. Everyone from the office staff to the veterinarians themselves are extremely courteous, understanding, and caring toward the animals. I truly cannot speak highly enough about them. I recommended them to a friend as well, and he has since taken his dog there twice- they have fixed an issue for him and his dog that a previous vet did not properly treat. He recommends as well!!
