Muy contenta con el lugar, el staff es muy amigable tanto para las mascotas como para los dueños. Dr Kong y Desiree atendieron con mucha paciencia a mi perra, a pesar de sus nervios por experiencias previas en otra veterinaria, lograron tranquilizarla y efectuar los chequeos pertinentes. Me explicaron con detalle los pasos a seguir. Muy conforme con todo, desde ya que no cambio de Veterinaria nunca más ☺️.

My dog “JayCee” is a rescue suffering from heart worms and severe neglect. The vet and staff at Allen Family Vet are super caring and so helpful answering questions and concerns with her care. Our dog has been sick and our current vet retired. I really wasn’t a fan of other doctors in that office. We live about an hr away. My sister said this place was the best. Boy was she right! Dr Coffman is very very kind, knowledgeable and honest. We ended up having to put our sweet fella down. I called multiple times and changed the date/time multiple times. Kudos to the front desk staff for dealing with my emotions and being so kind over the phone because that’s where it starts right?! Will definitely be bringing our other pets to this office.

I don’t do reviews often but I felt compelled to let the people of Collin County to know Dr. Mathes and her staff are the best in the business. They were very accommodating to me and they quickly diagnosed my cat right away and gave her the appropriate treatment. I will never take any other of my pets to another vet again as long as Dr. Mathes is still practicing. Y’all have gained a client with me for life!

I have been a client with Allen Family Vet since it began under a different name in 1999. The staff there has always been very caring and patient as we have gone through dealing with health issues for 5 of our dogs. They have been wonderful to us and loved our dogs.
