Dr. Kim is so fantastic. She now sees all three of my dogs. My German Shepherd is very timid but has loved her from the first time she met Dr. Kim. That’s such a relief for me. My dogs are always excited to go in to this clinic and they love Dr. Kim. I’m so glad that I have found a clinic that is not only efficient, but also prompt in everything they do. I have never had an issue here. The staff are also kind, which seems to be relatively uncommon in this area from my experience. My dogs are well taken care of at Altitude and I cannot express enough gratitude for that. Thanks from all four of us!!

I appreciate the time and care this office provides. From the front desk to the lab techs. I feel they provide a variety of options so you can make the right decision for you and your pet. Their costs are reasonable. All the vets are amazing but Dakotah Anseth is my favorite! And my pups love everyone there!

Altitude Animal Hospital and Dr. Karen Todd are truly exceptional! The entire team goes out of their way to ensure both pets and owners feel comfortable and well cared for. Every visit is met with warm smiles, and the vets are incredibly thorough, taking the time to address all of my questions and concerns. My dog is usually anxious, but the staff was so patient and kind that she actually seemed relaxed during her check-up. The level of expertise combined with genuine compassion makes this clinic stand out. I feel completely confident in the care my pet receives, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her health. I took Bella in as her face was swelling on one side, and she was seen by Dr. Kim. My first impression was that Dr. Kim appeared very distracted, she examined Bella briefly and then told me that they were going to have to pull at least half her teeth, and I asked why? She showed me the tartar build up on her teeth. I explained my wife brings her in normally, and that Bella was a rescue about 3 years ago. We were told she was about 1-2 years old at that time. Dr Kim said the severity of her teeth condition was 2-3 years old. She was going to get Bella some medication and said the extractions would be $3000, she kept repeating the cost to me over and over. She left the exam room and the assistant brought me the medications. I asked the asst when did Bella have her last full exam and she went to check and came back and said 01/10/24. I asked her to summarize the visit for me and it was basically a comprehensive exam and NO mention of teeth issues. I left with Bella and then called the office and asked that the records for 01/10/24 be emailed to me. When I received them there was NO record of teeth issues. Since Dr. Kim said this issue was 2-3 years old, there should have been notes in regards to that. I sent a email to Altitude over the weekend and today Monday 02/10/25 I received a call from their office. Even though I asked to speak to the owner, Dr. Todd it was a office person who called. Appears Dr. Todd was not interested in speaking to me. When I explained my concerns and advised I had the 01/10/24 records in hand and that there was no mention of teeth issues, she then said I did not have the "correct records" and 10 minutes later while I was still on the call, I received a email but THIS time there was an additional page about Bella's current teeth condition, and it was dated January 2024. Before I could say what I was thinking, she said they cannot alter or add to records Why was this extra page not included with the first email? It's ironic that Dr. Kim tells me it's a 2-3 year issue, but the 13 month old record makes no mention of this. I have seen today the many negative Google reviews for this office and most of them mention Dr. Kim specifically. I mentioned to the person who called me this morning who had an answer for everything, that we were never taking our two dogs there again, you think there would be a apology, maybe a sense of concern, anything at all, however all I received from this individual was absolutely nothing but useless excuses. Arrogance can destroy a business as well as an absent owner, even this one star review is much too generous!

I love the entire office staff!! Amelia is amazing and so so friendly. My vet is very knowledgeable and explains thoroughly. I love the little gal that clips Stella’s nails! I’m bad with names but she always gives me an update on how Stella did and you can tell each and every staff member loves Animals

Our last vet retired and so we moved on friends recommendation to Altitude. Couldn't be happier. Very professional, excellent on both admin (appointments, pricing provided ahead, pet portal) and care (treated dog gently and with care, prifessional administrated services, he was wagging his tail when we left). Overall, a great experience!

I have the utmost confidence that my dog is getting the best of care. Every one is professional, yet friendly. They are the best and I highly recommend them.
