I have been to AMC with all of my animals (2 dogs, 2 cats) and the staff has been beyond helpful, understanding and extremely pleasant with all of them.

However, I have one dog who has an extreme fear of ... everything that isn't me. He hates the vets, he hates people he doesn't know petting him, looking at him, etc. I brought him in once and they weren't even able to give him an exam because of his stress and fear.

They recommended trying to muzzle train him a bit and to bring him back in, and use something called the "Chill protocol" to get him more relaxed. While the protocol helped some, he was still very alert well passed when anyone thought he should have been. Did that stop them? Nope. They kept trying. At no point did I feel rushed to get him out of there, that they were frustrated or upset, or unsure of what to do.

I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on random vets over the years trying to find someone who could help him. Animal Medical Center is the only place to take the time, to have the patience, to have the care to make sure he got what he needed. While it took a good amount of drugs to get there, they didn't give up, when everyone else did.

I will never take any of my animals anywhere else.

All of the staff at this location are beyond Stellar in my experience, every single one. I've said it to all in person as well. As a person that is a first time dogmom with a 3year old dogson. Animal medical center is our 2nd vet because we needed to move from our previous vet due to level of care. I honestly feel like i may have underpaid at every visit compared to the level of care.

We brought our cat here to get a pet certificate to travel internationally, first of all their price is very affordable compared to other clinics, second, their service is beyond great! They made sure to follow up with me and answer all my questions, I felt valued. The associates are very friendly and really helpful. We got our certificate right on time and they made sure it’s all good to go.

What started as a grooming visit ended up with us establishing with a new vet. The staff was so kind from my first call to schedule a grooming appointment. We ended up seeing the vet who was knowledgeable about a recent diagnosis and shared her own experience. I would absolutely recommend Animal Medical Center to anyone who wants the best treatment for their babies.

We started coming here for the affordable yearly physical. My dog sees Dr. Hottenstien. She is very knowledgable and gets on the floor with my dog to keep him comfortable. My dog has learned she always has treats in his pocket. She always has specifics for reccomendations for nearly anything i have asked. The appointment happens in the same room usually, for annuals, my dog never left the room. The staff is kind and forgiving (if you happen to miss an appointment). The team cares about their patients and will call to follow up - which I love.

The Veterinarian is very informative & helpful. She took a lot of time with my Bullmastiff Odin. The staff was incredibly efficient & friendly. Office is clean and smells good. Price is pretty average. Thing is if you buy flea or heart worm meds , ask for all choices. Beyond that we had a great experience, short to no wait & my dog Odin loved it
