Solo puedo decir que el doctor es súper maravilloso mi bebé estuvo muy enferma y con solo una consulta al día siguiente mi perrita amaneció feliz , no me lo podía creer la rapidez de su recuperación con el increíble tratamiento que el doctor indicó. Me gustaría recomendarlo pues es de los pocos veterinarios que no indican algo que verdaderamente nuestras mascotas no vallan a necesitar. Súper agradecida por la amabilidad y la eficiencia del servicio. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The best bird center in the neighborhood. Very attentive and knowledgeable doctor. Spent a lot of time asking questions and providing care information for my cockatiel parrot. Staff is very nice and caring! Definitely recommend for your furry and feather friends.

Went for a 1 time visit in July of last year, paid in full for product with charge card. Months later they charge me with a balance of monies saying tax wasn't collected at time of visit. Be careful.
Update to my review:
I just want too say that the owners contacted and resolved the problem and they were very apologetic and I was greatful for the kind words and they claim the mistake on there part.

All in all my visit was excellent and very on point with my dog. Please except my apology for this bad review.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Dr Schachner and his Allstar team including Kimberly, Donna and Angel at Animal Medical & Bird Clinic are amazing and the most caring group of people I have ever met. I get the feeling that even though it’s a business, that is just a by product of the important job they do there. I am in love with that place and the way they take good care for my 18 year old Rat Terrier Duchess who loves going to their spa every month. My beautiful cat Jack Jr. whom I found walking very strangely and rescued him. I took him to another vet off of Prospect Rd and for a month they could not find what was wrong with Jack and in one visit with Dr. Schachner he seemed better and pooping hard not soft. I will highly recommend them and I am taking all my animals to them. Thank you team, great job!

We are incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding veterinary team in our neighborhood. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with warmth and care that immediately puts you at ease. Every visit with them was always a positive experience. Our dog absolutely loved going there—he would get so excited as soon as we pulled up. Sadly, when he passed, their compassion didn't stop. They sent us a beautiful and thoughtful card with his paw in ink that meant the world to us during such a difficult time. Their kindness and dedication go beyond words, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care they showed both our dog and our family. We also now have his paw in ceramic done by them. What a team🙏🏻🧡

Dr Bob has been our Vet for over 20 years .Compassionate, knowledgable , and an outstanding Vet .Always puts you at ease along with his amazing staff. From Donna at the front desk .To all the behind the scenes staff.
I just two weeks ago had to take my beloved Dachshund Duddy to be put to sleep He had been with Bob since we rescued him 14 years ago .The care and the compassion was totally beyond .I would not have let anyone else do that for him .JUST OUTSTANDING .

I was recommended to this veterinarian but I don't know why. My dog was healthy and all he needed was a rabies shot to travel. The nurses were nice and attentive but Robert Schachner was completely the opposite calling my dog on bad behavior when he was manhandling him and had no need to put a muzzle on him when his own nurses went about his testing with no issue with my dog prior to the doctor seeing him. He judged me for not neutering my dog and stating he would get prostate issues at 5 to 7 years because of it, as if it was a given, which was not asked or needed of him. He did more services that only got him more money out of the appointment and I did not feel that he cared about my dog or I at all. He left without giving my dog's results and hid to talk bad about me while sending a nurse to give me the results without any closure. Very unprofessional and overall bad experience for my dog and I. I only came here because I needed a vet's health certificate but I don't even trust his approval. If you need a good vet go to Ives Dairy Animal Clinic.
