I found this place searching on google because I had just felt so heartbroken my kitten was not feeling her best and is very feral. Catherine was very patient with me when I called and encouraged me for a solution for next day appointment. She wanted me to see Dr Waldmen and held this doctor in high regard when it came to seeing my kitten. They went at her pace, they listened to me even when I occasionally rambled because all I want is my kitten to grow up, be healthy and have a good life. I have overflowing gratitude for these two ladies and all of the other ladies who greeted me in the office and lended a helping hand. Thank you so much for making space for me. I felt heard, seen and I know my kitten will feel the same as she continues to be seen at this vet.

They did the job but they traumatized my cat and I.
I got her shots last January and it was quick and easy. My cat was on the table and Dr. Heather Ogle was very gentle and sweet with my kitty. She distracted my cat and did the shot quick enough for her not to notice anything. It was a perfect vet visit!
So this year, I came back to get my cat shots again. Because they were so good last time, I didn’t think there would be an issue. Today Dr. Bonnie S. Harris helped my cat but instead of quick and painless, the doctor and her assistant covered my cat in a blanket, thinking it would help.
My cat screamed in a way I’ve never heard, and the procedure was unnecessary.
My boyfriend and I kept trying to take our cat and hold her while they give the shot, but they insisted that they do it.
My boyfriend, my cat, and I are very shaken up from the experience.
They were super nice enough to get us in today and gave us good advice on how to take care of our cat, but I think a more calmer approach to take care of our cat would have saved all of us the trauma.

I started coming to this facility when my vet of 7 years retired and transferred all of her patients to this facility. For a nail trim, I went from paying $17 at my old vet to $26 at the new vet, then to $28 and now $32 ... all within a span of a year. I can get a basic manicure for less than $32 and I get a hand massage! ... Absurd to charge $32 for regular patients. You have the dog in the back for less than 5 min. Highway robbery. I get that things are costing more for everyone, but this is just taking advantage of a bad situation.

I brought my dog Buffy in for a secondary opinion on her diagnosis. They did not perform any tests, only took the previous clinics paperwork and regurgitated the same thing they told me "arthritis".

Unfortunately her condition deteriorated rapidly and did not even finish the sample painkillers they prescribed.

I took her to another clinic which showed troubling blood work samples. They gave her a steroid injection but unfortunately she did not survive the night.

Why was a blood work or an ACTUAL second opinion never formed? It gave me the false confidence that she would be ok but with mobility issues, not dead.

My dog had experienced trauma to her eye. It happened because my granddaughter was rough housing with her. They made me wait over 30 minutes. The veterinarian treated me as thorough I had abused my pet. I was asked all kinds of questions that make me feel horrible! I was charged for a regular exam that I didn't need. Her eye was the issue not everything else. My pet already had an exam previously from another vet. I was charged $135 for the visit. The eye medication was over $30! And just to place a special light over her eye was over $30! I should have been told about the costs beforehand. I will never go back to this clinic. I was concerned about my pet, but all I got was interrogation!!!!

We ADORE Arlington Veterinary Center. Over the years we’ve seen all the vets there and have always had great experiences with them, assistants and front office staff. Only thing they could possibly improve upon is doing appointment reminders. It’s the only medical facility we frequent that does not do them. Very minor thing to do with though given how great they are in all other aspects. Would highly recommend them!

Our ferrets had their shots and some others issues seen at this clinic. When our 6 year old ferret finally showed us his time had come this office was incredibly cold and they refused to put our suffering animal down. My questions about putting him down were met with a quick and cold “we will not help you; take him to a hospital”. Mind you this is an albino ferret that is over 6 years with a tumor on his face. I knew it was his time. He did not need medical care, poor thing needed to REST! His quality of life had declined. We WERE able to find FANTASTIC CARE ELSEWHERE THAT WAS MET WITH COMPASSION, CARE and EMPATHY. This place doesn’t offer that when it’s time to say goodbye.
