Never met a more caring staff or more knowledgeable vet ! They have never failed me or my pets, they all really care, not out for the money or profit! The last of the veterinarians that will allow payments on emergency care bc he and his staff care about their patients, most vets show no concern for the patient, if you don't have the entire amount of money for the bill before they even look at your pet they will turn you right around,pull the pets off any of it's, medical care, stabilizing moniters, or tests that were ordered and tell you to take your pet back out to the car and take it home now! Or sit with them out in the car and take them to their own vets when possible! They are all in the business of animals for money only and aren't afraid to let you know that, .but the few heros that remain and the last few to give in to corporate so they could retire [deservingly so] are the last of the breed that got in this career for the love of animals! The. All we'll have left is the clinics of the corporate! I'm honestly scared and hope they don't all retire before I die! It will never be the same!

Best veterinary I have ever went to, I have been bringing my dogs here since day one for sick visits and grooming and they are always happy after each. No complaints at all, if I could give 10 stars I would!

I brought my chicken in today, and all of the staff was nothing but kind! Most people don’t look at chickens as pets, but they all treated her with the utmost respect and care. They saw our goats two years ago, and I will definitely continue to bring my chickens to them!

Previously I would’ve given this vet 5 stars. I have taken my animals here for years and received great care, up until my last appointment. I felt my dog was very mistreated by a technician, but was open to returning because I love Dr. Burnett, but after sending an email detailing my experience the day that it happened and not receiving a reply after a month (now several), leaving a review on their Facebook that was also ignored, I am left even more disappointed with the ethics of this office. I had hoped to receive a response from them as some form of reassurance that the issue was at least recognized, but no response I feel speaks for itself. I am greatly disappointed in how things have gone, and am still having to deal with the effects of how my dog was treated. I will not be returning with any of my animals now and will have to find a new office, on top of reconditioning my dog to have a positive association with the vet again that they totally destroyed.

Hi im Diva, Im 10 weeks old. My Mom and Dad where taking me home to Florida and I had a little problem. We came to Atlanta West Vet and they were so wonderful. They got me going again and Im feeling better than ever now! They are a Great caring and wonderful staff! Thanks so much for all you did for me.

They have cared for our 4 dogs and 4 cats about 10+ years now. Service is AWESOME, prices are reasonable. I had 2 dogs and 1 cat we had to put to sleep, all within 2 weeks. They did an awesome job, kept them pain free, and even said a small prayer with them. We had them all cremated, they took care of everything, and was very supportive from 1st exam to picking up their ashes. Highest respect!!
