Our family has been going to Auburndale Veterinary Clinic for years, and while the veterinarians have changed over time, the level of care and compassion has always been consistent.

On January 16, we had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our family dog of 16 years, Chico. The entire staff was incredibly kind and supportive during this tough day. Our vet tech, Carly, was amazing she was gentle, empathetic, and even teared up with us, giving my mom a comforting hug when we needed it most.

We also met the new veterinarian for the first time that day. She was very informative, kind, and reassured us that we were making the best decision for Chico’s well being.

The next day, my mom called the front desk with some questions about keepsakes like Chico's paw print and fur, and they were incredibly understanding and patient. It meant so much to us that these keepsakes were included with his cremation.

I also want to mention Toya, another vet tech who worked with Chico during a previous visit. She was so compassionate and caring, taking excellent care of him.

Thank you to everyone at Auburndale Veterinary Clinic for your kindness and support during this difficult time. Your compassion truly made a difference to our family.

I took my dog here for the first time recently and our vet tech was Toya. She was amazing! She had my dog’s tail wagging the entire time and explained everything in great detail for me. I highly recommend this vet clinic!

Absolutely great! We called last minute because our German shepherd was having an issue and they got us in first thing and figured out what was going on and gave us medication. We will be taking all our animals here from now on. They truly showed they cared. The vet and the nurse got on the floor with her and was very patient understanding she didn't feel her best.

My kitty had a skin problem. Staff and vet were friendly and handled the animal gently. Kitty did not even twitch given the vaccine. They discussed options with me, and we arrived at the best outcome with the understanding that there is a risk that I will have to come back if the current plan does not work.
