Stopped by back in December looking for a betta fish with my fiance since our previous one passed away from old age. We are glad that we did! All of the fish there looked healthy and colorful, a vast difference than the ones you typically see at a corporate pet store. Not only were the employees that were helping us very informative about each fish, but also passionate as well which led us to adopt our beautiful betta Poseidon! He is still thriving and living his best life! We also met the owner Bill who is vey pleasant to speak to.You can tell that he cares and treats all animals there as if they were his own!

My wife and I were in search for a pet (bunny rabbit) for our daughter for Christmas. We found Bill's Wonderland of Pets and were treated by Mike and Aidan in the store in reference to the pet we were interested in. The were super kind and informative and walked us through the entire process! They made our purchase easy, as they both displayed the kind of customer service buyers want to feel! Very exotic selection of animals. Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided great incite about their animals in store. Animals were in great shape. Store had a wide section of goods at a very fair and reasonable price.

Have always drove past this store and never had the opportunity to stop by. Thankfully, I did! I have an English Bulldog who is slowly getting younger ; ) and wanted to get her on a healthier, cleaner diet. Bill's Wonderland did not disappoint. We found so many great things for our princess. One of my new faves is PetEyez Freeze Dried Vitamin Treats! One morning, this past Spring, my dog woke up with her eye covered with "eye boogies". A film covering her entire eye. Never had I seen that before and despite how many times I cleaned her up during the day, it would always return! Got her checked and everything came back clear. I felt so bad for her and her lack of eye sight. I found these at the store and boy, have they helped tremendously!! She no longer wakes up with that coat of ocular discharge, nor does it build up during the day. I originally started with the Grain Free Beef Liver flavor. This time around they didn't have that option, but picked up the Grain Free Lamb one for her. Couldn't be anymore thankful for this product!

Aside from great products, their customer care is amazing. Staff takes their time to ask questions and give wonderful recommendations!

Will not waste another penny in this store. Bought 4 fish from them 2 Clown Loaches, 2 Cory Cats all 4 dead within 48 hours. Yet fish thay were bought about 10 days before from Aquarium Center are all alive and thriving. Have done multiple water tests and everything tests good. This place seems to have gone down hill since moving.

Amazing place for all your pet needs. The owner is simply the best and every employee is friendly and helpful. Bills has a huge variety of fish and reptiles. A welcome change from the chain stores

got a bunny from here & was devastated to not even have her for a whole month… hurts my heart to see how poorly they keep them there & how carelessly they sell them. wasn’t surprised to come to the reviews and see one 8months ago also upset abt these baby bunnies. treated her like my actual child, she was hopping around at 7am to gone by the time i came home from work at 3, came to the store to talk to somebody and got nothing out of it but more disappointment.

It's always clean and well stocked in here. The employees I've interacted with have always been kind and helpful. This seems to be a good place for reptile and invertebrate supplies.
