Hoy viernes 10 de mayo aproximadamente a las 5 pm nos atendió una mujer americana , traíamos a nuestro gatito bb por emergencia lo cual la mujer muy amargada y de mala educación gritó a mi niño porq fue el ,que le hablo lo que necesitábamos para poder ayudar a la gatita que de mala educación nos atendió no se si fue su mal día .. solo me retiré del lugar porq nos dijo q esperaríamos tres horas para q nos atienda su cara de mujer raziata se le miraba a legua no pedíamos nada gratis se iba a pagar en fin nunca regresaremos ..

My cat had spent the day vomiting so after my work I was looking for places to take him to get looked at. I called here and they assured me they could see him, the front desk service was excellent, the staff was comforting and professional, and they were upfront about what they recommended and what the cost of everything would be.

Most of the bad reviews of this place is about the cost of care and not the actual care for their pet. But how can you put a price on peace of mind? Nothing ended up being wrong with my cat, I was still charged for their service but believe me I am GRATEFUL not angry.

The doctor told me what he suggested for me to do and told me what to lookout for my cat once I left. They took amazing care of my cat in a scary time and I am very grateful for what they do. And I plan on using their services in the future if I should need them again.

I've taken my dogs to Blue Pearl on several occasions for emergency visits. I had to take my frenchie up there at about midnight the other night and they were fantastic. They saw him and treated him very quickly, which I appreciated due to it being 1am on a work night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to take my pups there for any future emergencies that arise.

My Labrador who eats everything and anything started to have a foamy clear vomit with continuous gagging and choking sounds. It was late at night so I went to nearest ER Vet which was Blue Pearl which Ive been to before. The prices are expensive but any ER hospital for pets and people usually are. This is a very clean clinic with everyone helpful, knowledgeable and really trying to get to my dogs illness fast and affordable. They treated my dog and did not try to get me to pay for an unnecessary procedures or even bloodwork and suggested if their treatment plan didn’t work to take him to my regular vet for treatment. That definitely would save me money! Again, everyone was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and I knew before I went it was an Emergency Clinic with likewise prices. I definitely recommend them!
