Acabo de ir a este lugar que dice ser un hospital, lleve a mi perrita porque nose que tenía ella estaba temblando y ya no podía respirar bien y en vez de hacer algo por ella me pedían un depósito de 10 mil para empezar hacer algo por ella y no era seguro que me la iban a entregar con vida y todavía me dieron la opción de dormirla porque me iba a salir más barato casi 3 mil es barato?, como está el interés del dinero por delante que la vida de los animalitos, quieres vivir la peor experiencia de tu vida ? Ven a este lugar te garantizo que la vas a pasar de lo peor no sirven para nada…

Our 9 year old golden had a fast growing lump that we had biopsied at his regular vet. This showed abnormal cells with concerns for a soft tissue sarcoma. Give the size of the lump we knew the tumor removal would be a big surgery and that we needed a skilled surgeon. This led us to do our research in choosing the right specialty center - I had consults at 3 places around greater Seattle. After my consultation with Dr. Chambers at Blue Pearl I knew she was the one. From the beginning the communication with the surgical team was fantastic. When we arrived for our consultation they were on time for our appointment and took us right back. After Allen (our dog) was evaluated Dr. Chambers came in and explained her assessment, what the surgical plan would be and talked through the various “what if” scenarios. Several things I loved about her care: she was very loving towards our dog, petting and snuggling him while we chatted. She was extremely thorough and it felt like she would have given us as much time as we needed to talk through everything. The appointment was never rushed. She was very realistic in the pros and cons and also very knowledgeable in recent studies, and how to approach his tumor. We decided to go with Dr. Chambers and two weeks later he went in for successful removal of the tumor. The surgical team notified me at the start of his surgery and Dr. Chambers called me herself when it was over to discuss everything. Again the communication was fantastic. This was a big surgery.. his mass was large and the incision is about 9 inches long. He had to come home with a drain for several days as well as a big pressure dressing. Again, the surgical team gave us great attention and care as they explained the details of emptying his drain and making sure we optimized his medications for recovery. We were seen again about ten days post op when they were able to take his sutures out and “sign off” his care. His tumor was identified as a peripheral nerve sheath tumor (soft tissue sarcoma). We are lucky that our skilled surgeon was able to remove the entire tumor with clear margins and hopefully this gives us several more years with our sweet boy! Thank you Dr. Chambers and the surgical team at Blue Pearl! We really appreciate you!

I can’t say enough about the exceptional care and compassion I received at BluePearl Animal Hospital in Kirkland. My sweet dog, Niles, was rushed there in an emergency, and despite their best efforts—including going above and beyond with additional procedures to try to save him—ultimately, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go.

Throughout this incredibly difficult time, the staff at BluePearl were nothing short of amazing. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, showing true empathy for what I was going through. When I made the decision to say goodbye, they provided a quiet, peaceful space with dim lights and a calming sound machine, allowing me to stay with Niles and hold him for as long as I needed.

What truly touched me was that just recently, I received a card from them in the mail, honoring my sweet boy. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture that I will forever appreciate.

In the most difficult moments of pet ownership, it’s so comforting to know that there are people who truly care. BluePearl Animal Hospital made a painful experience as peaceful as possible, and I am deeply grateful for their support and compassion during such a challenging time.

We have taken all 3 of our pugs here, for BOAS surgery and are extremely pleased with the care we received. Dr. Vince is exceptional and explains the procedure in detail so you are well informed about how it is performed. And it’s not a “cookie cutter” surgery; he will do what is necessary for your dog’s specific situation. We are grateful that Dr. Crawfis and his team took such good care of our pup. He injured his leg and his condition worsened over the weekend when our normal vet was closed. We ended up bringing him to Blue Pearl late Sunday evening and the team was so great and treated him really well even though he's slow to warm up to strangers. They took the time to clearly explain everything to us, and were compassionate. It's been 24 hrs and he's already doing significantly better. I'm so glad we brought him in to BluePearl. The services are more expensive as an emergency vet vs your normal vet, but I would still recommend Blue Pearl for after hours emergency care.

I gave always been nervous bringing my dog in after hours. I mean who isn't!!!! I hace found the staff here to be polite, professional and when needed, comforting! I have NEVER regretted, been disappointed nor upset that I brought my pet in for whatever! They have always been accommodating and aware of my financial state!!! I can'tvthank them enough for all that they have done for my"diva', Daisy!!! I highly recommend them to ANYONE!!!!
