Lola has gone twice to Bond Vet-Cobble Hill. There are no words to describe how the doctors make my husband and I feel. Dr. Jones, and Dr. Mackey, are extremely kind and compassionate doctors. They listen to your concerns and provide options for your fur baby. We take a 45 minute car ride just to continue to visit to this establishment. I sincerely love them.

The team is so efficient and thorough. Always kind with my dog. They have treated her for everything from routine vaccines to surgeries. It is rare to find such quick quality care. Huge bonus that it’s easy and fast to get an appointment.

Always very personable, caring for my pets, courteous and respectable. You do not wait for a long time and every test that has to be done, the pricing is discussed with you prior to see if you are okay with it so they can move forward. The staff is amazing from the receptionist to the vet assistant and the veterians themselves are exceptionally kind and loving towards my pets.

Dr Aldridge was very attentive to my concerns and took her time to examine my dog after she suffered a laceration on her paw pad. The office tech (Manny) was also very polite and understanding. The people here are nice, transparent about the services you’re getting and helpful in terms of guiding you through the care/recovery process. They also have things organized and remain an available should you need anything through their portal system. It’s as good as urgent care can get for your dog (or cat).

WARNING - They just want your money, not to look after your pet

I had a horrible experience at Bond Vet. All they want to discuss is the money and when they actually get around to seeing your pet, they rush it to the point that you're left with a hundred questions of follow up and diagnosis. They take on too much work to bill as much as possible, and then don't deliver on basic services. So much information gets overlooked and they make it seem like it's your fault.

Their prices are often +25% higher than others, and when they do procedures, they don't even show you the imaging of what your pet was in for.

Pet care is incredibly stressful and comes with so much emotional and financial vulnerability. That's where a VC backed place like Bond comes to swoop in. Sick world.

We came here as our second stop on our journey of trying to save our little guy scimmi that had a blockage. They immediately took him (though we warned him he is an absolute crazy cat at the vet) with ease and calmness. They told us what was happening and that he needed immediate care cause what he had was life or death. The amount of love I received with such horrible news made me see the light at the end of tunnel. They sent us in the right direction to where we needed to go and they steered us right. Thank you for all your kind words and dedicated work. I can not thank you enough. We will be back with scimmi here and happy we found his primary vet going forward and can’t wait to see you all again.
