My dog-child has had a rough two months and has been in and out of Bond Vet Edgewater. He's primarily been seen by Dr. Weisberg and Dr. Bortz. They've been empathetic, caring, and patient with us and have treated my doggie with the upmost love and attention. Everyone at the vet, from sign in to check out, has been attentive and kind. Definitely recommend!

10/10 experience. I was early for my appointment and was still brought back to a room immediately. The check in process was seamless and Daniela the Care Coordinator was welcoming and so pleasant. She explained what I needed to finish as far as check in and made me and Charlie Brown feel so comfortable.

Once in the room with my pet, the vet assistant Monet came in and was just so nice. Charlie took to her immediately. She explained what the process would be when seeing the doctor. She was so warm and really put me at ease dealing with a sick dog.

Dr. Kwon came in and was just a delight. She explained everything so thoroughly. I really appreciate being part of the process in choosing the care of my pet. A care plan was laid out and being able to know prices etc was a plus. You really feel at ease seeing a doc care.

I can’t say enough about this location. I was able to get a same day appointment. Being a healthcare provider myself, this place is doing everything right!

What a relief to find this vet! I can’t say enough good things about them. The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming. They have free treats in the lobby for your pet. Dr. Erin Bortz is so kind and so thorough and very smart. She gave us answers to things in one visit that we’ve been trying to figure out at our other vets for months. She’s professional but so down to earth. My dog has a serious fear of being at the vet. She was very gentle and did what to could to help us all feel at ease. She didn’t try to upsell us for treatments we didn’t need. This is a pet peeve of mine. In fact she spent most of the visit telling us ways we could save money and telling us how to get cheaper prescriptions. We’re excited to start getting our little one feeling better!

I was so excited to see a Bond Vet opening at my location. I was waiting patiently for the grand opening to schedule an appointment! When I moved, I specifically wanted an online scheduler and pet portal to access all my pet's information seamlessly like my previous vet. This was perfect and the staff were super friendly. Dr. Bortz was kind, quick, and informative. My roommates (their cats, Henry and Meep) and I (my cat Toft) brought all of our cats at the same time. Can't wait to come back with my second cat, Santa, for his appointment!

When we first got our pup, making sure we picked the right vet was a priority for us. When we came across BondVet, we decided to give it a try and we are so glad we did. The hours are fantastic for working people, we are always seen on time and taken to a room right on arrival. But the best part of BondVet is the staff. Our pup sees Dr. Erin Bortz and she truly makes it a wonderful experience for our pup who is very anxious. She is so kind, patient and always makes sure she answers all of our questions. It makes a world of a difference when you go to a veterinarian that cares as much as they do.

Dr. Michael Weisberg was everything we hoped for in a vet. We recently moved into the area and needed to select a new vet. We were familiar with Bond Vet and decided to select Edgewater to bring in our 5 year old Corgi and 3 year old Persian cat. Dr. Weisberg is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was great with both animals in one visit. We felt really comfortable and not pressured related to any preventative care or suggestions made by him and the team there. Kristin was also really nice and wonderful during the visit, including offering some advice and a referral for a groomer for our cat (which is something very hard to find) -- that extra level of help and advice is really appreciated. Great team overall and good visit, thank you!

I am in awe of this establishment and all who work here. From front desk to actual vet, I cannot recommend this place enough. My dog had bladder stones and though it may have rocked my world for an instant, I was reassured by everyone I spoke to. Financially I was met half way which was amazing. During my dogs surgery, there was communication before, during and after. God bless people who understand that these animals mean the world to us. I wish I could give them 1million stars.
