Came in today first time with our cat Luna, the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by a young gentleman with such warmth and a very welcoming {Hi is this Luna} right there I knew we found our forever vet and the right place to bring Luna and our other cat Spartacus. We were treated with care and our visit was by far the best experience and visit at a veterinarian, as pet owners you are already anxious and nervous for your pets when you find a when you find the perfect establishment everything else comes with ease and Bond Vet is this type of establishment. The veterinarian was amazing and explained everything and they were patient and very kind thank you. Luna felt very comfortable while being there and also curious as every pet will be at a new place and a unfamiliar she was well taken care of with the the veterinarian and she knew that she was in good hands.

spoke on the phone with a lovely lady who called herself Susan Angel. very sweet and understanding and recommended me to take my cat in as soon as possible after describing her symptoms. even pulled up my scheduled appointment while i had her on hold and was overall very professional. in person staff were all very understanding and caring. would give me multiple options for different places if i needed certain tests and exams done at a lower price point. wonderful place, will be returning for any pet related issues.

I had an amazing experience at Bond Vet The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure my pet felt comfortable and safe from the moment we walked in. The vet was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly felt that my pet was in the best hands.
The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to any pet owner looking for top-quality care!

Bond only knows how to up-sell care. For my most recent visit, I went to Bond because they’re open on Saturday and needed care for my dog. They recommended antibiotics ($100) if an X-ray shows an infection, but I chose to wait on purchasing just in case the X-ray comes back fine or takes too long to get results, and I can get them filled by my primary vet. Later that day results come back that my dog does need antibiotics, so I decided to come back in and pick them up. Now, the antibiotics cost $160 When asked, the admin said ‘oh he got an eye cleaning earlier today we did not charge.’ I didn’t even know that happened, and when pressed the admin changed their tune and said ‘oh nevermind. it’s because the 2 antibiotics your dog needs cost $120 + $40.’ I decided not to push further and just eat their random up-charge. (Btw, I now know these antibiotics at my primary would have cost me $60.)

Don’t go here unless you need an urgent care. They might respond with a well meaning explanation, but you can decide for yourself.

A wonderful and kind experience at this location. We brought our 16 year old pomeranian in for end of life care and the two doctors that saw him were courtesy and understanding. We first tried the medicines that was prescribed but in the end, we choose to let him go. The nurses gave us a warm towel for him so he wouldn't be cold on the table and us time to say goodbye. Everyone there was very respectful and I highly recommend this location.

I made the mistake of coming here for routine vaccines for my dog. For a visit that should have cost me less than $100 (based on prior experience), I ended up paying close to $400. Not only are their vaccine prices expensive, they require a wellness check ($130) which includes taking vitals before administering the vaccines. That might be fine if my dog was a new patient, but we just got a wellness check from them less than a year ago. They also try to upsell bloodwork which I declined (would have been an additional $300). All in all, I would probably only come back in emergency situations given convenience but would go elsewhere for non-urgent care.

Vets at Bond are very, very inconsistent. We’ve had a great experience with the midtown location but LES really disappointed us. We took our cat in because he has been sneezing for a week. Dr. William Dabri assessed and performed PCR and eye stain tests. On the day of exam, he said he could not conclude what really caused the sneezing which is understandable. However, after $571 later, his response post lab tests was just as elusive. He said our cat was positive for feline herpes virus, but thought symptoms he saw at the appointment did not suggest this. I followed up and asked then what could’ve caused it, which he responded by reciting a textbook answer, naming every possible cause of sneezing, even the chance of polyps (even after we mentioned we have two cats showing similar symptoms, likely sth infectious). We come in to see a vet hoping to play the elimination game, but ended up getting the same answer Google could’ve offered. The lack of experience really shows here, and I don’t think we will return to Bond.

To the doctor who an advocate of euthanasia and highly recommended I put my dog down because they believed the medication we asked for wouldn't help with much.

Here's my babys update; she's eating full meals and is walking and running again.

she turned 17 this month and I'm just glad I didn't put her down when asked by you.
