Dr. Anthony Hill was by far the best vet I have ever met with at Bond vet. There are so many vets that have been so insensitive and very controlling over care for my dogs. They have made me want to seek a different vet provider for my dogs because they just show empathy and weren’t interested in listening. They were only pushing their agendas and sometimes pretty forcibly. But not Dr. Hill. He is gentle, patient and so incredibly kind not only to me but to my dog. I wish I could have him every single visit! I also wish more vets took this approach. After all, pet owners and vets are supposed to partner in caring for animals.

I brought my senior cat in because she was having trouble breathing and I could not get an appointment with my usual vet. The front desk and Dr. Caldwell were incredible during a really difficult time. I've had to bring my cat in for multiple follow ups and every experience has been very positive. Yes, it was expensive but not more than my usual vet. A notable effort was made to keep costs down and only do what was necessary to try and save my cat without having to go to an ER and get a more invasive and expensive procedure. Thankfully, the interventions worked and she is doing great!

I started bringing my dog here in January 2023 for his first-ever vet appointment, and everything was great at first. However, things have changed. On several occasions, I’ve scheduled an appointment, only to arrive and be told last minute that they want to change it. Typically, this means switching from a doctor visit to a nurse visit, which is inconvenient—had I known it was going to be a nurse visit, I could have come in on an earlier day and time.

Last week, I called to make a nurse appointment and arrived for my Saturday 10 AM appointment. I had to wait until 10:15 AM before being seen. The nurse finally came out and told me they wouldn’t be seeing my dog that day and wanted me to come back next week for a doctor visit. I asked why no one called me to let me know ahead of time, especially since I had driven all the way there and stressed my dog out for nothing. Normally, we go to the Ditmas Park location, but it’s closed for renovations. At this point, though, we won’t be returning to this location. It’s happened too many times, and last week was really the final straw. If Ditmas Park reopens, we’ll go back as needed.

So glad i found Bond Vet!! The staff and doctors are all so attentive and friendly. The rooms are also so nicely maintained a clean. Since the pandemic it’s still so hard to find a vet that lets you be with your pet the entire visit and they allow it. Been visiting for 3 years now and i don't see that changing any time soon.

I always passed-by this clinic but never needed to enter it until today, and when I did, I deeply regretted it. The nurses, at least one of them, are racist. Not only would I not enter this clinic, but any BondVet clinics all over the U.S.A, and that's unnecessarily lost business for the clinic because I had two A.S.P.A insured cats. Does that means that BondVet staff doesn't want to deal with colored pets?!

We had a wonderful visit! Our sweet senior pup was experiencing symptoms we thought may be uti. Her usual vet was booked up for weeks and we began to look around for any place that could see her. Actually another vet recommended that we look into Bond Vet. We were able to get an appointment for the next day (scheduled simply online!). Everyone was wonderful. Honest. Super transparent. Actually broke down the cost of everything line by line before anything happened. The cost was more reasonable than we feared! Absolutely recommend this place!

Facility is only worried about their bottom line. Management is careless and lacks compassion, despite there being some kind staff I’ve encountered. Amanda, this location’s manager, has overshadowed any goodness I’ve experienced with her unkind treatment. After my last encounter with her, this is no longer worth the high costs and lack of personal attention. Recommend going to a local office rather than this chain - you will be disappointed.

EDIT: An empty apology by a horrible location. The manager continues to push back on my attempts to resolve this. They are refusing to comply with Bond Vet corporate and sabotage the relationship I have had with them for years.

Do not trust Bond Vet - absolutely horrible organization with no handle on their locations. This location manager is power tripping and ruining relationships with long term clients. I hope others choose to walk away from this exploitive business
