More than 5 Stars Hands Down, Dr.Brown was Amazing & the best, she treated CORLEON’s Eye issue with such Care & Grace & she was very informative on how to continue with his treatment & after care, Definitely would recommend 10 out of 10, the clinic & the entire staff were just amazing, making me feel right at home. I have a follow up visit in 10 days & I look forward to seeing them again. Thank You Again Dr. Brown 🫶🏾

Bond Vet is amazing. They truly care about your pet and follow up to make sure is all well and if I had any questions the day after. They went above and beyond and I trust them completely. You can tell they love animals and love what they do. Given that they see animals all day, they treat you pet as if it’s the first one they’ve ever met. Definitely recommend them and I don’t trust anybody regarding my Madison but he comes home happy and non-stressed.

I want to like this place, but they are relentlessly money-hungry and it's all too obvious. The staff are all friendly, the facilities are clean, and the experience is *mostly* pleasant. But EVERYTHING alludes to expensive screenings, tests, procedures, etc. Today, I simply asked a few questions wondering if my dog's more frequent urination was normal and they ended up looking for over $400 to run a series of ultrasounds and other tests to screen for a UTI when various sources state a simple urinalysis is sufficient. Little did we realize that chatting briefly during a vaccine appointment was going to incur us a full examination fee as well.

They also charged us over $40 for an ointment that can be found elsewhere, no prescription necessary, for $26 - same formulation.

Our first appointment, they told us our fast-growing large-breed puppy had to lose two pounds (she literally gained 6 pounds in the next few weeks as she grew while continuing to look slimmer). They also took a blood test that was "only good for 3 days" when we were debating whether our dog needed certain medication (we've found no support anywhere to say this was necessary to limit the validity to 3 days for anything more than wanting money). Will be taking my business elsewhere for anything that isn't pure convenience - disappointed.

I had a bad experience coming in today because i had an appointment for 6. But i came in at 6:17, and usually they would send a text about my appointment or call me if i’m running late… The lady in the front when i came in just went to the point that i can’t come in and i would have to reschedule. When i’m speaking to her she rudely cuts me off as im trying to explain why i needed my appointment and says i still will have to reschedule. So when i check the board behind my name and my pets name isn’t on the board for 6 o’clock, BUT another women’s name and pet was on the board for that time too. The lady that had an appointment for that time still went in around 6:23. I asked about her and saying how come she went in if it’s for 6. The lady in the front said because it’s for 6:30…. I explain to her that why couldn’t they squeeze me in and she said that they are backed up. I wait a little to think of a solution, and she says to me she could put me for another location on 112th and broadway but it’s inconvenient for me. I then explain to her that my cat could possibly have an ear infection because it hurts him badly when he scratches. So she goes to the back to check with the doctors what they could do, and she says to me. “We’ll only take them if it’s an emergency and they are in shortness of breath or bleeding, but since your cat only has an ear infection we could reschedule or send you somewhere else.” I also asked about the grace period and she said it was 10 minutes. She also, when i was speaking to her, cuts me off and says, “anyways for the amount for the pet is…” and took the guest instead of attending me which i was speaking to her about my pet. I felt like i was disrespected and my animal was disrespected. She wasn’t even being fair with me, and the way she was speaking to me either. As soon as i’m leaving she still ask if I want to go to the location she originally said. I just left upset and uncomfortable with the customer service and the way i was treated.

Excellent environment, very patient with your pet. Doctors and staff explain everything clearly and are very kind. Prices are very reasonable for their services. Highly recommend bringing your pet to this establishment. I will certainly be coming back.

An amazing vet in the UES. We have had a few different vets see our puppy and the care and kindness we have received from everyone - from the vets to the front desk- has been wonderful. Highly recommend for any new puppy owners in the neighborhood!

I had an extremely disappointing experience. My dog was exhibiting severe symptoms that were clearly making them uncomfortable, so I took my dog in hoping for some answers and relief. Instead, the vet performed an unnecessary and painful procedure without conducting proper tests or attempting to diagnose the underlying issue. This caused my dog even more distress and didn’t address the root cause of the symptoms. I was shocked by the lack of thorough examination and testing before jumping to invasive measures. I trust my pets well being to veterinarians, and unfortunately, I feel that the care here was negligent. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, careful care for their pets.
