I recently visited Bond Vet, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Based on a situation my puppy was experiencing, I was advised to give them a call. They offered me a same-day appointment, which was a relief.

Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly—even though I was early—and I was able to be seen right away. The facility is clean and well-organized, and the staff, including the veterinarian, were incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant. My partner and I had numerous questions, and they took the time to answer all of them thoroughly.

At the end of the visit, my puppy had her nails trimmed, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a goodie bag filled with food, a ball, snacks, pins, and discounts on products. This thoughtful gesture from the Bond Vet team truly stood out.

If you’re looking for immediate treatment or long-term care for your pet, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Bond Vet, for going above and beyond!

I had an amazing experience at this location. Yesterday evening I brought my dog Nismo in for vaccines he was due for. Nismo gets very anxious as soon as he has to be examined. The staff here was extremely patient and kind. They made Nismo much more comfortable and at home. They gave him treats in the waiting room, pet him and didn't once show frustration during the examination. This is rare for us. Nismo is a sweet dog but in the past going to other vets it was never a good experience.
Often, I even felt personally judged by Vets at other vets office because of how Nismo gets. That wasn't the case here.
I want to seriously thank the staff for their patience and kindness.
5 Stars across the board.
(Waiting room is also extremely clean, modern. It feels comforting for pets considering it feels/looks more homey instead of a facility.)

I’m not one to write many reviews, but they were amazing with my cat! They made sure she was comfortable and took their time with her! Compared to vet visits elsewhere where my cat was hissing and bitting, my cat was well behaved. The feliway, toys, and cozy environment helped too! They were able to diagnose her issue and give me the medication all in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend going to them!

Took my dog into get neutered and had a great experience. Dr. Snipas and Dr. Juliano were very patient in answering all my questions and the staff was very helpful as well. The facility was clean and never overbooked which I prefer because my dog gets anxious in new spaces. I also appreciated how they let my dog get acclimated to the environment at his own pace instead of rushing him in and out. Definitely recommend to anyone!

They entire team is amazing here, super accommodating, plenty of treats available and they are not stingy with them. They are all very good with dogs and are extremely well trained. It was super easy to schedule and an overall amazing experience!

This place gets a 1 star review for its ridiculous “policy” that being 15 minutes late to your appointment means you’re treated as a walk-in, and they upcharge you $50 more for the visit. We travel 40 minutes to come here because we know they’re very good, but there needs to be more flexibility on scheduling. Traffic is never ideal, people work, and things aren’t always ideal. Stop trying to just make more money for someone being 15 minutes late. We will be bringing our puppy to another vet going forward until BondVet changes this stupid rule.

It took us a while to find a vet that we can trust with Taffy's procedures... Thankfully I came across an ad on Facebook and after searching for more information and finding the location closest to us, we had her first consultation with Dr.Snipas at Woodbury office. The appointment was great from meeting the assistant and the doctor to all the clear explanations about what needs and can be done for Taffy. They won't push you with anything unnecessary.
In short, she needed a little eye mass removed and a dental cleaning.
Can't stop looking at her beautiful eyes after the surgery, it's like it was never there!!
Her teeth are totally white like from the times she was a puppy.
Got all our questions answered at the follow-up appointment.
Definitely taking our second dog to Dr.Snipas! Thank you so much for everything you've done for Taffy!

My dog had an emergency had her dewclaw get caught and ripped and started an infection. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and told me which bond vet was open and made me the appointment ASAP and we went directly down. Prices were average vet was wonderful and so was the staff.
