If I could give zero stars I would! We brought our family dog here, large Doberman who was in good health. They told us he needed a vaccine, they gave him the vaccine, we paid for it and on the drive home our family dog died in the car! They reimbursed us for the vaccine and helped with the cremation service, b/c they know that there is negligence at foot. How does a dog drop dead from a vaccine, and he dead in front of the small children that loved him. If you value your pets, do not bring them here!!

We absolutely adore everyone at Broadway Estates vet! With one of our boys having very intense behavioral issues Dr miller provided excellent care. With having terrible vet experience in the past we will always be Broadway estates patients! Thank you to Dr miller and all the amazing staff that always show excellent love and care for our little frenchie’s! 🩷 The front office staff, vet techs and doctors are by far the best vet team. We just started going to this vet clinic in October of last year. We have had great experiences with them, especially this week when we had to say goodbye to our beloved senior dog. Dr. Miller was so kind and understanding through the process. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Miller and her whole staff has always been the best Vet experience I have ever encountered. And unfortunately, in our household, we’ve had some bad ones.
They are always on top of all of My pets problems/needs, and very accommodating to my one dog who is super sensitive He always needs the extra little TLC and they’ve got it. They always get us in and out such a timely manner. I feel like the way they charge is decent as well, everyone knows having a dog you have to be a millionaire these days😂
They are more than just our vet at this point, We’re fur family

Dr Ferriman is awesome. I recommend her 100%. Honest opinion, I feel like other vets get annoyed if you ask too many questions but she is always making sure my fur baby and I are happy. Totally recommend going to see her. She did my puppies spay and my puppy is doing great. I can always rely on the receptionists, as well. They answer any and all questions to the best of their abilities. Also, they call and remind you about appointments. If you are worried about your pet, you can call and they will make sure someone calls you back. I just appreciate that they all know my puppy by name and that they are always excited to see how big she's gotten. I'm also very thankful for their hours and that they are lieniant if you are late, most of the time I feel like I'm rushing to appointments after work but I know I can always call and let them know and they understand. As much as my Sasha hates going to the vet, we both appreciate the care and understanding they give her.

Continually email us with reminders about our dog Diesel, who passed away a year and a half ago, which they know - since they were the ones to diagnose him with his cancer and they have been notified multiple times, causing my family absolutely unnecessary heartache and pain. Heartless. Rest in Peace, sweet honey boy.
