It was my first visit for two of my dogs, and the staff was welcoming and professional, and you can really tell they care about their patients. They did not rush through the visit and spent ample time with my dogs and addressed all my questions.
Definitely happy I found BVH and I also signed up for their wellness dental plan which saves a lot of money overall.

Even though I moved to the other side of downtown, I still go out of my way to bring my cat here because the staff are extremely compassionate and gentle. Like most animals, he gets very anxious when going to the vet, but Broadway Veterinary does an excellent job of providing reassurance and comfort. They take plenty of time to bond with the cat first and this level of care makes me happy to continue my business here. I love how they will notice his unique behaviors, like head bunting or hanging his tongue out, that indicate he is comfortable and in great hands.

This is an excellent vet. The care and concern for Annabelle was so wonderful. They are always accommodating and will get you in to see the vet at the last minute if need be. They really care about your pet and were so wonderful when we had to say goodbye to her. Thanks for the years of great service to Annabelle. We appreciate all of you.

I got my puppy (Poppy) last summer and i took her here for all her remaining shots and care. The Puppy Wellness Plan was great when she was having some bad food allergy symptoms before we knew what caused it I was coming in very frequently. I always feel confident bring Poppy here for her care, the staff is so nice and helpful.

There are way too many 5 star reviews-hard for me to believe. I've been taking my pet here since 2021, I thought up until this month the care was great, I even told my friends to go here but I'm glad they didn't. On average I'd take my pet in twice a year up until this month so I can't determine if the care has declined or I've noticed more how disorganized it is because of the frequent visits. It's wildly expensive, I had an xray done here and it cost more than the total bill for an urgent walk in visit at another vet (they also performed an xray). Documentation and communication is terrible. On multiple occasions this month alone I've had to tell them they did not update my pets chart with new food and even medication they prescribed. I'd ask multiple times for foods to feed and received conflicting answers (until I went to the walk in urgent care vet). Recently I arrived 10min early to a vet tech appointment and wasn't seen until 30min AFTER the scheduled appointment time, without much explanation other than it was busy but the tech walked into the clinic 15min after the scheduled appointment. I spent over an hour for my pet to be seen for a less than 10min visit. They said we'd be doing labs which my pet already had completed (shows again they do not review charts and are disorganized). They couldn't get a urinalysis done so I was sent home with a kit to collect urine, I called Saturday morning and said my pet peed on the floor so I was unable to collect a sterile sample, the front desk staff said they'd call back with info from the medical staff. They called me three days later. I thought supporting a small business my pet would receive exceptional care and it would be a better price point as well but it's not. I could say a lot more but this review is long enough.

Stellar veterinarian care is essential for a healthy dog. They are family members and I want the best. Broadway Veterinary Hospital is the best. They have been seeing my dog since we got him as a puppy and are always providing amazing care and love for him.
We also know that very care can be expensive, but your monthly pet care plan really helps keep the annual exams and visits in check. It is really nice.
Lazarus has seen everyone in the building, so do not hesitate to visit if you need vet care for your loved one.
