We have 3 large dogs we have been bringing here for years;
1. They have been accommodating and patient to our requests and our and our dogs needs.
2. They have been a patient, kind and compassionate staff.
3. The price is comparable to other vets but with MUCH better care.
4. They are quick to respond to emails and phone calls/messages.

They saved our dog’s life and we are forever grateful. No one place and no one veterinarian or tech is going to be perfect as that is impossible as human beings. However, our dogs tell us everything we need to know about this place because they LOVE coming here. We can’t imagine going anywhere else, ever!

Was vacationing in Utah and my youngest dog scratched the oldest dog in the eye. His eye swelled up and he couldn’t open it. I called Canyon View Cares and they got me in the same day. Dr Miller took excellent care of my dog and got us in and out very quickly. I’ll definitely visit again when in the area. Scouts Mom

We called to see about pricing for putting down my 16 year old pitty. The price we were told over the phone for euthanasia and cremation was somewhere around $110. The person said they were new and weren't 100% sure, but we assumed they were at least close on the price as they were reading it from some sort of documentation. We even confirmed with her that the price included cremation.
We scheduled the appointment and when we were there the minimum price for the two services was actually more than double what we were quoted ($248.92). We felt blind-sided but went forward with it. He didn't need to suffer any longer.
I wish I had gone to my regular vet. The experience and cost for this service at my regular vet is better and lower cost.
They were compassionate, but we were literally sitting in the floor of a little room on a blanket.

We took our dog here for an emergency visit, they got us right in and the vet was so caring and good with our dog who isn’t very good with strangers! We had Samuel Kirby for our vet and he was amazing! We have a HUGE dog that has been turned away by some vets! He knew just what to do and handled our dog with care and compassion. 10/10! Highly recommend. Can’t say enough good. Our dog is still not out of the woods yet… We will be back!

My dog has not been feeling well. Working with Dr. Busch and the vet tech Emma along with the office staff have been amazing. Dr. Busch has been very thorough and explained things to me in detail which I have needed. They have both been so amazing. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Dr. Busch, Emma everyone else who has been so helpful.

This place is conveniently located to us so we try to use them when we can. Their vaccines are really well priced and they’re usually very friendly.

However, anything other than vaccines, their prices are outrageous. Had our pup looked and paid an exam fee but had to wait a pay period or two to fund the procedure and in that time, they told us we would have to redo the exam, the price of which would not come off the top of the procedure. So the price of two exams because we had to wait so we could afford to get it done.

We’ll be going elsewhere.

I had to euthanize my cat today and chose to do it at home. I wanted to cremate him, and called pets first to find out if I could bring him in after and was extremely displeased with their attitude....so I called canyon view cares after I put my little one in the car and explained the situation. They watched for me when I arrived, and discreetly guided me into the back door and placed me and my cat in a private room. I wish I could remember the sweet lady's name that helped me..... she showed me all the options for urns and bags and memorial keepsakes. She went over pricing very gently and then when it was tome, she brought me scissors and a baggie so I could cut some hair.

She let me place him in a canvas type body bag and gave me a hug before I left.

This is a team I have NEVER known or taken my pets to, and I only had interaction with the one woman, but she was incredible.

NEVER GO HERE! And DO NOT have Jody as a groomer. My poor baby is 18 weeks old and this was her very first grooming appointment. When I arrived the groomer was very rude to me.

I asked for standard puppy poodle cut. She told me there was so such thing. And asked what I wanted again. (Keep in mind this was my first time too.) I then showed her a picture and she told me that should couldn’t do that. Due to it being her first time. She said she would “try her best, but it won’t look like it” she asked my how short I wanted it. I told her short but not too short. And she grave me an estimate with her fingers. And it showed it would still be long enough for her. I asked for her to be cleaned out, and her puppy paws to be cleaned as well. I asked for a teddy bear face. When I came back this is what I got.

Her hair wasn’t even at all. You could see the lines where she razored her down. Her puppy paws were not clean. She didn’t even touch or clean up her tail and face. She still had long hair on her feet and body. This ruined my experience for a groomers. And when I called ahead of time they quoted me $55 and I ended up paying $70. FOR THIS!!! DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience ever.
