Very impressed! My dog was neutered using the SPCA voucher program Wake County offers at a great price. Care First partners with them and I was so happy with how they handled my pup and how he healed up great. The vet even gave advice when I sent a photo in an email concerned about his stitches. I’ll be using Care First as my vet in the future. Thanks!

My dog has been client since July since we move from another country. And we loved it my dog has social problems since I rescued him so it was hard for me to find a vet that would fit great on him but now I’m so glad I found them. They’ve treated last time for
a pawls problem and did great. Honestly would recommend 100%all doctors and staff have a great costumer service everyone super nice and transparent.

Unfortunately we had to put our sweet girl Carolina down. Care first was absolutely amazing.
First my 8 year old decided last minute he didn’t want to be in the room with her and they help keep an eye on him in the lobby while my husband and I went back with her. They then proceeded to handle everything with the utmost care and empathy. After, we had sweet “Carol” cremated at the same location. We received her ashes the same week with a nice paw print. In the following weeks we received a very sweet card and a beautiful flower arrangement. It was the sweetest thing! It has been a few weeks and we just received a letter in the mail from SPCA. They made a donation in memory of our baby girl.
This team is amazing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you!!!

I moved here in 2022 and they were always so great with my Ace. Appointments were quick and as painless as they could be! Ace was always loved on! When Ace became ill this year they were right there every step of the way. When he passed they were so caring and compassionate! I don’t think I’ll take my next pet anywhere else !

Dr. Butler does my dogs acupuncture and laser treatment and she's awesome. She's very knowledgeable and also warm and compassionate. I came to CareFirst just trying to get my dog some relief and they've been so helpful and nice, it's been such a relief! Highly recommend if your dog needs any kind of physical therapy or alternative treatment therapy.

My dog had an accident and suffered a pretty nasty gash - I was able to get it under control for the evening, but Care First got us scheduled for an appointment first thing the next morning — even though we weren’t even existing clients. They were timely in seeing her upon our arrival, transparent about all costs in advance, attentive to me and to my dog, and provided quality and compassionate care in their treatment of her. This vet is not as close as our existing provider, but after such a positive experience (and knowing they have more extensive hours) - we will be back. The total cost of the services was also not as expensive as I feared - I feel like the treatment and costs were appropriate and fair. I reccomend Care First Animal hospital at Glenwood!
