The people here at CityVet are so helpful and kind. I feel comfortable asking them all sorts of questions as a first time pet owner! Great hours and always responsive, and I never have issues with scheduling appointments for my kitty, Clover!

As always, they’re very nice and friendly and accommodating. (I kind of threw some things that I didn’t communicate before at them) You can tell the staff generally care about animals and trying to help their owners. I personally, always have wonderful interactions with the secretaries. My little Dot loves going there too

I always have a great experience with the staff here since i adopted both my cats (one last year, one early this year). They always handle them very well and they address my concerns with my babies appropriately. They also will send you pictures of your pets while they’re being boarded which was my favorite thing because i missed my cat so much!

We are so happy with CityVet. Our previous vets office wasn’t that great, but the vet himself was good. However, they couldn’t get our pup in for like a month to get yearly shots, so we decided to go to CityVet in Addison just this one time since it was close to our house, and since they had plenty of available spots. That was 1.5 years ago and we haven’t gone anywhere else since!

Whenever we are worried about something that our pup gets into, we call them and they always take the time to talk to us and answer any Qs. We have never had any issues with availability or scheduling. Their front staff and each vet we have had are all so friendly and good at what they do. And the most important thing: our pup loves them! They truly care about the patients and they always make him feel comfortable when he freaks out or gets scared (he doesn’t quite like going to the vet !).

Def recommend!

I have been bringing pets to Cityvet for about seven years. I cannot say enough about them. Dr. Timmerman has been at the Addison location and she is completely amazing. She seen so many of my pets but really helped me out with a tough situation with one of my kitty cats. She’s got a lot of training and experience in emergency medicine, so she seen a lot more than most vets have.
I do animal rescue so it’s probably impossible for me to count how many animals I’ve brought in sick or injured over the years and they have been incredible. They’ve never turned me away no matter how aggressive an animal might have been. This includes everyone of the vets at this location! Competent and smart!
Dr. Timmerman is the bomb.

The staff at Cityvet Addison is incredible also. They have a lot of the same people that have been there for years and they are smart and efficient and they know you. That helps.
I can’t say I’ve had this same experience at other Cityvet locations (because I have not!) but I can vouch for the Addison location. If it’s a little bit of a drive… It’s worth it. All veterinarians are not created equal. I promise you that!
Dr. Timmerman is about to open up her own cityvet location, so be sure to ask for her specifically, if you would like that level of expertise for your pet. She is incredible and kind and so knowledgeable! So rare to find!

This place is amazing.
The staff are friendly, the vet and vet tech always explain everything to us and answer any questions we might have.
There's no price gouging everything from surgery to shots to boarding is exactly what I expect to pay if not less cost wise. They keep in constant contact for surgeries and boarding during and after. The vet itself is very clean and modern / inviting.
I've had teeth cleanings tooth removal vaccines and boarding here with my pups and they have gone above what they have to do.

The vets here were super nice and very helpful. My only complaint is that they are not transparent with pricing at all. I’ve been 4 times now and they have told me a certain price and then when I check out it’s a way higher price. I understand pricing can change when you add on something but even without adding anything the price has not been what they told me. Very very frustrating.
