Took my cat in after finding a tumor, and they quickly found a second, smaller one near her mammary area during the exam. They didn’t waste any time and scheduled her surgery for the very next day, which I really appreciated.

She had both tumors removed (one was pretty big and involved a lot of blood loss) plus got spayed all at once. I was super nervous, but the surgery went really well. She came home the same day acting completely normal eating, walking around, full of energy like nothing even happened. I was honestly shocked at how well she bounced back.

I probably called way too many times to check on her, and every time, there was a doctor available to answer my questions. They were patient, kind, and never made me feel like I was being annoying.

On top of that, the price was really fair compared to other places I looked at, especially for the level of care she got. First night home and she’s doing amazing. I’m beyond grateful and definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a vet that actually cares.

I am so so impressed by Dr. Dhot and her care for my cat Soup. She caught the signs of jaundice from the teeniest tiniest bit of discoloration in his inner eyelid and maybe a speck in his ear. He looked so normal otherwise and I am amazed she was able to spot and accurately diagnose it. I really couldn't see it at all. That level of attention to detail is insane and I am so grateful to her for spotting it so early. Bloodwork confirmed it and he had to go to a hospital for full care but thanks to the work of the folks here we were able to find the warning signs that something bigger was going on. He ended up having pancreatitis and maybe a bacterial infection in the liver and he is already doing better!
This was only our second time at this vet and I've really appreciated them both times, especially this time. The Drs worked together on my case when Dr Dhot had an off day and all the techs were really helpful and friendly.

We had an outstanding experience here. The veterinarian was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, taking ample time to address all of our questions with patience and care. It was evident he truly, genuinely cares about his patients and their families.

The pricing is incredibly reasonable, especially considering the high-quality care they provide. They also offer urgent care services, which is such a relief when you need immediate attention for your pet.

We were particularly impressed by the vet tech who assisted us. With 30 years of experience, she was kind, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. She took wonderful care of our elderly Bengal cat, ensuring the entire process was gentle and stress-free for both us and our pet.

Thanks to this exceptional team, we’ve found our permanent veterinary clinic. Highly recommend CityVet Westminster to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and affordable care for their furry family members!

Dr. Krampe is the absolute best vet who has ever taken care of my pets. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and above all caring and compassionate. She's been the primary vet for my 2 senior cats and 2 weenie dogs for years. I highly recommend her.

Awesome experience at City Vet in Alon Shopping Center. Front desk staff were professional and friendly. Dr. Kramer was just amazing. Oliver was so at ease with his exam and was treated thoroughly and professionally. Highly recommend this Vet clinic and will be our home for Oliver!

We are SO thankful for Dr. Newett and the team!! Our dog had a mast cell tumor - they scheduled us for surgery the next day. We knew what to expect, both the billing and procedure plans were transparent, and we REALLY felt she received the best care. The staff was so kind and great with our dog who is a little Nervous Nelly. Any changes or updates were communicated thoroughly throughout the day. Dr Newett is a fantastic vet - clearly very experienced and she really cares about our dog’s wellbeing. The receptionist didn't great or acknowledge my dog. Which I've never experienced they always greet your pet. The vet was great she got down on the floor with my dog as he gets very nervous at the vet. She was kind and answered all my questions and listened to my questions. We love city vet!!!

My cat, Socks, needed an urgent appointment, and they were able to get me in on a Friday afternoon. The front desk staff are very friendly. Their services aren't cheap, but I appreciated the transparency and level of communication they provided. They gave an initial estimate then called several times throughout the day to give updates. When they needed decisions that deviated from the original estimate, they always offered multiple options, with full cost transparency. When they sent us home with a round of antibiotics, they provided clear and detailed instructions that are easy to follow, along with multiple sizes of marked syringes to make dosing/reconstituting easier. They'll be my first choice for care in the future!
