Having a Shih-Tzu with long pretty hair, you MUST know what you’re doing and I, unfortunately, did not. Lol! I was prepared to start over, it was just finding the right place, and groomer who’d really take care of my furbaby. We received that at CityVet. I think we’ve found our new groomer here in Texas in the area we live. Shaelynn was amazing and did an amazing job with Pan’di “fresh start” grooming. Lol! The staff were super nice and friendly. Just what we were looking for. Thanks Coppell CityVet. Pan’di will definitely return for all of her healthcare and grooming needs. Attached is a before and after. Can’t wait until her hair grows back and I allow the professionals to take care of it. lol!

We have gone to the vet about 4 times so far and each time we have only received love and quality care from every single staff member. Before coming here I have been to multiple vets due to moving a lot, but this is the first time I can confidently recommend to my friends about this vet. While visiting our kids in Coppell, our Golden Retriever was having some issues. We were able to book an appointment same day. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! Very kind and caring. After a short time, the vet fixed the issue and our pup was back to normal. We only wish they were available at our home in FL! Our daughter will now be bringing her pup to CityVet. Thanks for such a great experience! You guys are awesome!

I don’t write reviews often but I felt compelled to after my experience. This was my first visit, we came in for annual exams and I couldn’t have had a better experience. They were very accommodating to my nervous/reactive dogs and so patient. The ladies who helped us were all so kind, I never felt like I was being up charged and they really listened to me and my dogs. I just moved to the area and I know I’ll definitely be back!

The best vet! I have had dogs all my life and feel so very lucky to have found Dr Jana Bryant. She is very experienced, thorough and competent yet compassionate with the pets. She has a wide network of specialists she works with so she is able to quickly assess and treat. The support team is also great. You will get the best care for your pet!

Dr. Jana and office took really good care of us during our visit today. She’s a really great vet, working in unison with our alternative one. I don’t believe that animals should just have one type of special care vet and this was a pleasant visit for us. We definitely will be coming back.
