The staff here is great and I cannot recommend Dr. Dill highly enough. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She’s great with my pet- and with me! She always takes the time to answer all of my questions and provides exceptional care to my pet. I just love her. She’s the best doctor we’ve ever had. I have been going to city vet for year for my 7 year old pup. We’ve had our ups and downs with issues. This time I did not appreciate being told one price for something over the phone and then checking out being $50 more. Also not telling me that a booster shot would cost another $57 in 2 weeks. I really want to find a better and trustworthy vet.

I love the staff here! Everyone is friendly, professional, helpful and really seems to have my pets best interests and care for their patients. I’ve never had a bad experience here, never feel over charged or over sold and I do regular grooming, yearly check-ups and teeth cleanings here.

I’m always able to get an appointment in same day or next day and the staff is so helpful! Everyone is so friendly and genuinely wants the best for my dog. This is my first pet I’ve owned in Dallas, and I would recommend this vet as a great place for you if you’re not sure where to take your new pet.

Just took my newly adopted kitten, Ruby, and they got us all up to date and ready for years of healthy living! They were able to give us all shots, general check up inspections, and prescriptions on site and we were quickly serviced and on our way. They happily updated our records with the hard copy history we had been given by operation kindness (the adoption agency) and integrated it into our new account. Our general checkup fee was $75 which was extremely affordable. I will absolutely be making this clinic my primary care provider for my cat.
