You have a client for life. My own vet of a decade couldn’t get us in to see why my dogs breath was labored from her abdomen. My friend had been recommending CityVet so I thought I would give them a try. They were booked but when I described what I was seeing they told me to come in and they would take care of her. The day and the news was hard but every single step of the way they were so patient, kind and informative. We’ll be continuing her treatment with CityVet and I’ll be transitioning our two other dogs to them. THANK YOU ♥️🩷💙

Went here on recommendation of our roommates for our indoor cat. Everyone from receptionists to nurses to doctor were really friendly and easy to get along with. They listened to all of our questions and answered them satisfactorily. They understood our financial concerns and were completely upfront and honest about pricing for everything, letting us decide what we wanted and not forcing anything on us. This will definitely be our new vet for a while.

This was my first trip to the location. The staff members and doctor are very friendly and polite. Because I liked the atmosphere and the whole staff, I brought the wellness plan with me on the first day. They gave my dog an adorable bandana, and here is a wonderful photo of her wearing it!

Recently moved back from Dallas. I always went to CityVet when I lived in Dallas and I was happy one opened in Austin while I was away. The vets and staff are top notch here as well. The staff take their time and explain everything. I’m in the lobby right now and the receptionist is talking to a client and answering all their questions. I have two seniors and they went slow and appreciated my every concern for their well being. Zero reservations about recommending them. CityVet obviously does and incredible vetting job for their Vets and staff.

Very Welcoming and nice staff.
It's the second time bringing Coco to be groomed. Coco has a seizure condition and it's not easy finding places that would accommodate her condition. Which is understanding. I'm truly grateful for finding CityVet.
