Would highly recommend. Out of so many choices in Dallas, I didn’t know where to go! the QUALITY of care was outstanding! Sha, Nevaeh, and Dr. Cordell were awesome. The entire team was, in fact! From the time I called to set an appointment (that I got fit into within 30 min, thanks to Sha) … to the time we walked in the front door… our experience was delightful. Smiles on everyone’s faces and all the pets were happy and relaxed. Thank you! And God Bless!

Cityvet/ Ruff It Uptown is this magical place where they somehow do it all SO well and with a smile! Day play, overnight care, vet visits and grooming all in one spot. The facilities are clean and my dog Butter always comes home feeling so happy and tired. We also had a crazy hot spot on my dog and they took such great care of him so fast and kept me in the loop on the procedure every step of the way. The service in general is also top notch- they are super responsive via call, text, email, in person and SO stinkin’ kind- shout out to all my front desk girlies for always easing the mind of this crazy dog mom! Butter and I love and appreciate you for taking such great care of him all the time 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

They are so good with our dogs, we always appreciate their kind and attentive care! The techs were wonderful, vet answered all my questions. Overall the appointment for two dogs took about 35 minutes, we were in and out.

I particularly love that they have you pay in the private room, it removes a step when the dogs are wound up and prevents any mishaps in the lobby area. Great attention to detail and thoughtfulness.

Best place EVER for your pet. Front desk personnel are awesome, and very patient. Vet techs, can’t beat ‘em. They take time to listen. (You know how all pet parents like to tell our stories.) Regardless, of what doctor you get there…, You are in great hands from beginning to end.

Losing a fur baby is never easy, but I really sincerely would like to thank Dr. Murphy and his amazing team. They made probably one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life just a little bit easier. I really appreciate their empathy and how they explained their process when we went in.
