Pésimo pero pésimo servicio he llevado a mi mascota en dos ocasiones y siempre le hacen l mima, mi perro dura las de 8 horas en ese lugar y sale sin q le hagan nada,es nada buscan excusas q no se dejo haber nada les gusta solo los perros q no tienen casi nada q hacerle les das pereza Peluqueria a nuestros perritos peludos , es una falta d respeto para uno q siempre salgan con excusas tontas , noooooooo recomiendo este lugar muy malo

Have only taken our dogs here for daycare (no boarding) but they love it! Everyone is always very friendly and seems to genuinely care about the dogs. Whenever I check the cameras, staff are always actively supervising the dogs.

Only docked a star because the prices have gotten so high- I think daycare has risen $10-$12/day in just the last couple of years since we started coming here. I understand increasing prices, but to be honest, this place was probably making more money off of us before they began increasing prices so much. It used to be an easy decision to take our dogs for daycare but now we only take them when we really have to and don’t have another option.

Gracie seems to love it there! She's always happy to see us and has explained the "What Happens at "Club Pet" stays at "Club Pet. We've JUST discovered the "Ride to the Airport" after drop off...which just made us an even MORE Top Customer of your Service!

We left our dog here while on a trip and she came home smelling like pee so bad. I’ve never been around a dog that smelled so bad and I have been around dogs my whole life. She also came home with pink eye, so that was lovely dropping another $150 at the vet after we spent hundreds here. After speaking with some other locals that used this place they also had similar experiences. Unfortunately I learned this AFTER our trip. Won’t be using them again…

Edit: Not sure who you would even look up considering my full name isn’t shown. We were a guest there in February. If I call I am expecting my vet bill to be paid by y’all…

So i just wanted to say even though suri and i had to check out earlier than planned because things shift.... this was the first time she spent time away from dad in 4 months so I watched cameras closely and the amount of love she received blew me away!!!! I would recommend any pet lover to check you all out because the price is definitely worth the service thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of my baby girl

The best boarding place I found for my dog. Very easy to book a reservation through their website. Also gives you the option to get a reservation estimate. She seems to love it. I love that she gets individual walks and cuddle time. They also offer different holiday pictures that I do like to purchase. They also offer themed arts and crafts with your dogs Paw, different treats and lick mats which is nice to treat your dog to while you’re away on vacation.

My boys go here and love it. With the indoor pool and the seasonal pool outdoors they can’t get enough. They love the large yard to play outside especially in the cooler weather. They always have something fun going on for the pups! Thank you for loving my big boys like I do!

Lila and Wookie have stayed here a few times. They seem to be happy when I drop them off and of course, super happy when I pick them up. I don't have to board often but this seems to be the safest place for them. It is pretty spendy, even for the cheap suite. I wish there was more of a discount when boarding multiple pets together. $105 for 2 dogs a day makes it hard to even take a vacation longer than a few days. And now I will be traveling for work so another quarterly expense to save for.
