It has taken me about 3 weeks to be able to talk about my experience with Companion Animal Hospital. Losing a pet is like losing a child and that is the only reason it has taken me so long to write this review. The wonderful Folks at companion did everything right. My buddy, Asher was very sick when my brother suggested that I bring him to Companion Animal Hospital. After running a series of tests and discussing the options, I made the decision that it would be best if I had him put down. They went above and beyond their call to make me feel comfortable and to make Asher comfortable. They are very compassionate and very caring folks. I can't say enough great things about this place. They truly love our pets. I definitely recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. I would like to say thank you to the staff for the love and care that you showed me and my Asher.

I love the staff here and Dr. Mattson is great! I breed pomskies and am here quite often. They've always been super helpful, answer all my questions with superb knowledge and are great with my puppies. I'm actually so happy with them and all the services they offer compared to some vets I am transferring all my vet care here.

We had to take our 16 year old Onyx in to end her suffering. They got us in same day, and they were very understanding, compassionate, and they are very reasonable on pricing. Hardest thing I have ever had to do, but they made the process as easy as possible. Rest easy pretty girl!

We love Companion! We have seen different doctors here and are never worried about that. Each of the vets have provided quality care for our pet and are honest with us and our pet's needs. We are new pet owners and the staff have been gracious with our questions, gave wonderful advice, and truly care for our pet. Everyone at Companion from the front desk staff, to the assistants, to the vets are wonderful! Moon hates getting to the vet but loves being there and we do too!

Love, love, love! All the staff if pure awesomeness! The place is very clean and very well organized. They treat your furry baby everytime as part of their family taking really good care of them and giving the best and useful recommendations. I was a new patient for them. Just a few visits. But this week I had to lay my Ride or Die Himalayan down. They were so kind and compassionate during a process that no one ever wants to do. I highly recommend Dr. Bennett!!!!

I moved to Lakeland and came here because I read reviews. I really enjoyed the vet that my dog has seen twice. But both visits they have not had the meds they prescribed for him. First time, I guess no big deal I ordered it and it came in (flea and tick medicine) about a week or so later. Now this most recent time he needed eye drops. They sent me home yesterday with the eye drops. However when I opened to give to him last night it was a cream/ointment.
How am I supposed to drop cream into his eye? So I called the next morning and they said they gave me that because they didn't have the eye drops. So after a wild goose chase to two cvs pharmacies that also didn't have the medicine, they told me I could come in and get the prescription for the drops to order from Chewy. So yea now my dog has to wait for his eye drops while I mail in a prescription to Chewy in Kentucky. Not to mention I paid for the cream (was
Told they were eye drops) and now I had to pay for the med again on Chewy and wait who knows how long for my dog to get
His eye drops. Sadly disappointed and will be going somewhere where we can get prescribed medicine in a timely manner and vet care is expensive enough as it is to have to pay for meds twice to no fault of my own.
