Fue la primera vez que iba a ese hospital y la última me sentí muy mal porque no ayudaron a mi pobre Teddy por no tener el dinero de una cirugía al instante poreso es una emergencia y no me lo operaron y salí muy decepcionada de ahí a mi pobre Teddy se le afectaron sus órganos y me fui a otro hospital y fue peor no hubo más nada que aser aún no llega a casa estoy triste era como mi hijo como pueden poner por adelante el dinero y no la vida de un perrito que solo daba amor esa es mi triste experiencia 😔

No entiendo porque no nos dicen que tardarán tanto y no dan la opción de irte y volver un poco antes de tu turno.
Además te preguntan sobre los síntomas de tu perro y te dicen que es emergencia , luego después de muchas horas te preguntan otra vez que tiene tu perro y te dicen que no cuentan con ese servicio .
Solo te dejan esperando y solo dijeron ahorita los llaman y tardaron 9 horas .
Ellos pueden decirte cuanto tiempo podrías esperar y tu puedes decidir si te quedas o no . Yo les doy 2 estrellas , 1 por las galletas y otra por el café.

Yesterday, I received a heartfelt condolence card from the DoveLewis team. While my husband and I are still mourning the sudden loss of our beloved cat, Apple, who passed away over a week ago due to heart failure and had to be euthanized, the professionalism, compassion, and respect shown by everyone at the hospital—from the doctors to the front desk staff—brought us immense comfort during this difficult time.

I will never forget that early morning before sunrise, in the hospital’s comfort room, where the staff patiently guided us through the necessary arrangements with such warmth and care. The way the hospital staff gently wrapped Apple’s body in a blanket, treating him as delicately as a newborn baby, deeply touched our hearts.

When we expressed our wish to witness Apple’s cremation, the hospital staff first called their partnered facility to confirm whether this service was available. Upon learning that it was not, they immediately informed us and provided contact information for other agencies that could accommodate our request. They also processed a refund promptly, which helped us navigate this emotional process more smoothly. Thanks to their support, we were able to arrange Apple’s final journey and bring his ashes home the very next day, allowing him to be with us once again.

It is clear that everyone at DoveLewis deeply cares about animals and their families. For that, I am truly grateful. I am also considering joining their Pet Loss Support Program.

Thank you, DoveLewis, you made an incredibly painful experience a little more bearable, and we will always remember how you honored Apple’s life with such love and respect.

Dr. Marshall and the team at Dove Lewis saved my cat’s life three years ago when he had a series of urethral obstructions. He was hospitalized for just over a week, and during that time, we received multiple daily updates via email, phone calls, and texts about his status. A few weeks ago I took my dog, Kya, to the vet because it seemed like she had a little cold for 4 days that wasn’t going away. We were sent immediately to an emergency hospital that gave us an end of life speak two days later, it was devastating. My vet friend recommended to go to DoveLewis for a second opinion and I cannot express in words how grateful I am that we were able to be taken care of by Dr. Katz and her team. They were kind, considerate, realistic, caring and loving. Kya was an anxious girl and it shocked me each time I visited how much she loved all of the staff. When finally we realized that Kya wasn’t going to make it, the team was so wonderful in how they cared for us and helped us to find an at-home help to help Kya peacefully pass. It’s been a week and I still cannot thank y’all enough for giving Kya her best chance while giving her such care and love. Thank you also for taking care of me 💕 while she was admitted, I got multiple updates a day about her, I received pictures, and when I was in visiting if the doctors were able to, they would come meet me in-person. 10/10 would recommend

Our 12 year-old dog came in as a transfer from another urgent care facility because DoveLewis is a high-level emergency care facility. The staff quickly stabilized our dog and helped explain the possible outcomes and supported us during our dog's care. Our family dog needed three days, two overnights at DoveLewis and the time passed without unnecessary stress because the DoveLewis team emailed us daily updates (with photos of our sweet dog!), called us day and night, and allowed us to visit and sit with our dog whenever we wanted.
We are so thankful to have our Booms home and aftercare has been easy due to the instructions, medication, and kindness DoveLewis staff gave us.

Financially, emergency vet care is expensive, and I am grateful for DoveLewis' clear communication regarding the cost for our family dog's care.
