Dr. Ferber is fantastic! We brought my childhood pup here, who had bad knee problems and he took excellent care of her. We are now bringing our new puppy here and Dr. Ferber took the time to explain everything to us. Truly great vet and staff!

I can’t say enough good things about East Meadow Veterinary Center! We brought our 2 sick cats, Woody and Garfield in after they were ill for a few days. We were of course nervous and thought the worst. From the moment we walked into the front door, the girls at the desk eased our worries and treated our cats like their own! They were interested to know the stories of our cats and made us feel at home. The veterinarian was kind and listened to our concerns. He gave us options and didn’t force any treatment on us. I 100% recommended this veterinary center to anyone looking for great care for their pets. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies.

East Meadow Veterinary is a great practice. Dr. Olcha has taken such great care of my recent senior rescue Chloe. She came to him with intense and serious skin issues that were severely impacting her quality of life. Dr. Olcha has really researched, explained and prescribed medications that have given her her life back. It has taken quite a few months to find the right course of treatment and Dr. Olcha has been so diligent and caring. He is always responsive to questions and phone calls. The practice does NOT push excessive procedures and tests, you do not feel pressured or pushed into anything. I recommend them without hesitation!

Was recommended by family to come here since our last vet wasn’t the best. Dr.Olcha and his staff provided nothing but the best service for our senior dog Chase. He got monthly arthritis shots and pain killers to keep him comfortable for his last couple of months. Unfortunately we had to put him down but from the start to the end the staff was so considerate. Words cannot describe how happy I am to find this office with wonderful staff who genuinely care to help out their animals. Thank you so much for providing proper care for Chase up until his last day, I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart❤️. Please continue to keep up the great and honest work you guys provide.

I'm so happy to have found this place. The family cat was an indoor/outdoor domestic and never had an issue, save for one bad vaccination response when he was 12. But he got older and obviously started to need care when he was losing weight. I went to another vet in Plainview that charged $2600 just for X-rays and was mortified at their push for more and more testing. Not these people. They remind me of the kind of doctors and vet office that were around decades ago, before everything turned into corporate kiosks. They took amazing care of my kitty, and have continuously cared for him whenever I needed. They are responsive, extremely reasonably priced, follow up on everything, and have handled my old man cat with complete care. They deserve all the 5 stars for their compassion and professionalism.
