I almost don't want to write a review, I want to gatekeep this wonderful hospital, but they really deserve the review. The entire staff is just unbelievably awesome. They truly have gone above and beyond for so many of our dogs. One dog in particular, Sheba, would not be alive without them. This hospital is REMARKABLE. It is our first choice for any of our dogs needing urgent care. Photo's of Sheba during her week long stay.

Our Chocolate Labrador Harley was bitten by a rattlesnake 4 times in the face and severely injured. The staff and doctors took such good care of Harley and treated her like she was their own dog. Harley ended up need 11 anti-venom treatments, developed pneumonia and had to be on oxygen, was so swollen in her face had to have a nasal trachea tube inserted for feedings, and then her wound on the top of her head became necrotic and developed a staph infection. She also ended up needing two blood transfusions as well. This all happened three days before we had to leave for a 3 week trip which was incredibly stressful for us and they gave her all the love and care while we were gone. We got multiple updates daily through calls, texts, or emails. The doctors always took their time when talking to us, explaining everything, and answering all of our questions, never rushing us. They saved Harley’s life and after 23 days there and a huge fan club for Harley from all the staff, we were able to pick her up and bring her home. She is doing great and continues to heal from her wounds. We love and appreciate everything the staff and doctors did for Harley to help her make it through this difficult time. They are all simply amazing, talented, and caring people and we highly recommend Crystal Falls Emergency Animal Hospital!!

So, this is my loving puppy that I saw go from figuratively a small peanut to a big tree. He was so loving (with whomever he comes in contact with). For most things, health wise for him I was able to treat him myself. I mean the details come down to a precise diet, maximum exercise, discipline and most importantly love. The way he responded to all of those things was almost perfect. I mean this guy you could in essence walk anywhere without a leash and trust him not to do anything without permission. He was so good around dogs and people alike. His presence not being around is impactful.

Fast forward to me bringing my pup (Worthy) to this for better words, establishment. First thing you're met with is expressionless faces and an all foreseeable lack of communication skills from the front desk and whatever staff members are in the back. The push almost off the bat is how or are you able to pay. With me trying to keep my composure, but inside panicking, I had no trust in the situation. In all likelihood I was going off faith that whatever issue that arose with my dog these humans would help me get my big boy back to normal. Mind you, I'm seeing all of these reviews where these customers paid a $175 exam fee, well damn I was robbed, I paid $539.71 to the dollar. Don't let me mention that we started at $1700+ before an initiated negotiation ensued between me my wife and tech. In all honesty, I wanted to save my dog! This whole situation was in no way helpful to my dog! I most definitely went to the wrong place! My dog passed two days afterwards almost to the minute I arrived at this facility. Ironic! Super Bowl Sunday was a blast!👎

I cannot say enough good things about Emergency Animal Hospital of Crystal Falls! From the moment we walked in, the staff made an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable. They were compassionate, professional, and thorough every step of the way.

The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth even during a busy time. The veterinary team was amazing—they explained every detail of our pet’s condition and the options available, making sure we felt informed and reassured. Their kindness and expertise were evident in the way they handled our pet, treating them with the same care as if they were their own.

The clinic was clean, well-organized, and clearly equipped to handle emergencies. I was impressed by how quickly they diagnosed and treated our pet without ever making us feel rushed. They even followed up the next day to check on how our pet was doing—a gesture that truly meant a lot.

If you’re ever in need of an emergency vet, I highly recommend Emergency Animal Hospital of Crystal Falls. They turned what could have been a nightmare into a situation we felt supported and cared for. Thank you for everything!

We brought Capone, our 19 year old cat here when he was in medical distress. He had been a member of our family for over 15 years and was the most loving pet we ever had. Unfortunately, we had to make the heartbreaking choice of putting him to sleep. The entire staff was extremely professional and compassionate.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the entire team at this animal hospital for the exceptional care they provided for my cat during her surgery and recovery. My cat is a bit feisty, so I was especially appreciative of the excellent communication and patience shown by everyone, from the front desk to the surgeons. Zephyr, Daphne, and the rest of the staff were so understanding and compassionate, keeping me informed every step of the way. Dr. Patrico and the surgeons went above and beyond to ensure the best possible outcome. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made the hardest time of my life a little easier to handle. I am beyond thankful to have found such an amazing team to care for my fur baby. Highly recommend!

This place tried having me put my dog down after he had a seizure for over 2 hrs and said he would never walk or have a normal life and gave me meds that made him have small ones every time he took one. I told them no and now my dog isn't just living a normal life but I have to chase him down and he even is acting like he never had a seizure. Don't listen to what they tell you about your animal. They just want money and don't know your pet like you do. I am happy I didn't end my sweet boys life early like they wished and pushed me to do cuz he is prooving he has a lot to still give.

It’s never fun when you find yourself at the animal ER, but the entire staff here made the experience as nice as it possibly could be. I was in a bit of a panic upon arrival, worrying something was seriously wrong with my dog. The warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff immediately put me at ease. Dr. Tateski was wonderful and equally as friendly and helpful with her assessment and follow up instructions. Good job to all
