I have gone to Family Pet Clinic for the entire time I have had each of my dogs and cats, over 26 years. It was at a convenient location, and I never needed much other than routine shots. In 2014 that changed with ownership of the dog who is now a part of our family. He ingested cloth at an alarming rate and had terrible allergies. That was when I started appreciating the excellent vet care and compassionate staff. He has a sister now, and the two of them have had many earaches, thyroid trouble, continuing allergies, a fractured leg and temperament issues over the years. I have been thankful for the good care they always receive from the vets and I have come to admire and respect the entire staff. This week we had our first emergency when my older dog suffered a vicious attack from another dog at a local neighborhood park. I called to ask if they could help us and was given an immediate "Yes!" Animal Control transported my boy and when I arrived, I was met at my car with reassurances from the Office Manager. The vet was in the process of putting my sweet boy together again and I was treated with much kindness from the technicians and office staff. What a comfort to have such caring professionals ready to take charge in a terrible situation. I can recommend this clinic to any pet owner without reservation. No matter how big or small the need, you will get excellent care and be treated with respect and compassion. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

The staff was amazing. and the vet knew exactly what she was doing.. Best bet. Visit i've had in a long time. The receptionist is also amazing. which is a big deal when it comes to a vets office. It was my second time going there, and they even let me know that I had a $58 credit from the first time.. that made me so happy.

Every time me and my partner go in, we are greeted with a warm welcome, and they remember us both and our pets names and that truly means the world to us. they treat our little fur babies with such love and care as if it was their own pet. I appreciate everyone on this team and honestly one of my favorite things as well when they make recommendations to us about what our babys possibly needs, they don’t make us feel pressured or bad to do it. Everyone is very understanding! Thank you guys for treating us all so well🥰

Awesome people they help me with a rescue pet from a shealter an treated her. A the shealter. Help me to get her medicine and save her life. This place is awesome thank to them my baby kitty is doing so much better !!! Yall are Angels looking after pets

I highly recommend the family pet clinic. When my dog was injured and I didn't have the money for her care, animal services of richland hills and the family clinic got donations for her care. Today squishy jumped right out of her bandage, I got her right in, no wait at all. I am so grateful for their help. I don't know what I would have done without them.
