The staff and vet that I saw were very caring and kind. They were organized and guided me through everything from before I arrived with my referral coordinator Tai who was an amazing human being to after I left. That says a lot because I've always been a people person like my parents were but lately I absolutely prefer dogs! When you meet people like that, it gives you renewed hope in humanity and I must include Dr. Dunn in that statement! You can tell the difference when people really care about what they do. I can tell you from several visits to the vet and I've been through a few, organization is essential because a lot of times you either forget or you have questions afterward, or you forgot something to include on your consultation.They are available to help should you need follow up because let's face it when your best friend or maybe even best current family member is hurting or sick you're already in a place of sadness and concerns and being guided by a team or caring professionals makes the journey that much better. That is hard to find! Sending a big thank you to the Fetch team!

The care and compassion they showed my family was astounding. The receptionist was quick to get assistance for my dog who was having trouble breathing.
While my dog had to be put down, the Vet himself and all the staff were caring, compassionate and sympathetic I am so grateful I found such a wonderful place to send my baby boy to the other side.

What a great experience we had with Dr. Lee and the staff at Fetch. Tai was very helpful and understanding from working with us on scheduling Willie's appointment, checking in on us when we arrived, and following up with us after we left. They all made a really sad and stressful situation easier to deal with. We left the office feeling confident in our decision, in their ability to help Willie, and knowing that they really do care about our fur baby. Loved that the exam room had a window so Willie was not stressed and looking for a way out. Everyone was very professional, caring, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Fetch!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though our little Marilyn is terminal Dr. Benjamin was very compassionate in explaining the options and in no way were they trying to sell us into services that wouldn't be beneficial for our little loved one. Going to enjoy the little time we have left with her.

After an emergency splenectomy at another Greenville Specialty facility, and a diagnosis of Hemangiosarcoma, the post-surgery Oncology appt was scheduled too far out for this Doodle momma! Our vet eluded to Fetch as an option, so I did some research. Oncology Specialty Services (check mark). Dr. Lee, excellent reputation (check & check). Advanced State-of-the-art facility (check & check & check).

Jo Jo answered the phone. My mouth was going 500mph as I explained my situation. I was desperate to begin Winston’s treatment ASAP! Hemangiosarcoma waits for NO ONE! Winston’s nodule was localized, there was only one, but I knew from previous research, reoccurrence could rear its ugly head in as little as 30 days.

I called on a Monday; Me & Winston were sitting in a consultation with Dr. Lee at 9:00am Thursday morning. Dr. Lee was very professional, friendly, empathetic, answered all of my questions and addressed every concern! Dr. Lee provided me with additional information that I deemed very helpful/useful, and the BEST part for this desperate Doodle momma? Treatment could begin immediately…on the spot!

We are uncertain how much more time we will get with our Best Boy, as Hemangiosarcoma is as unpredictable as it is aggressive, but one thing is certain…Winston is in great hands!

What a wonderful experience! The staff members went overboard to provide the very best visit for us-and care for our dog-Tulsi. Everyone was friendly, helpful and informative. I’d say they give DISNEY level service. We were very pleasantly surprised.

My experience with Fetch has been amazing! From the beginning, their customer service was remarkable. Our visit with Dr. Dunn was excellent with Dr. Dunn doing a wonderful job explaining everything to me. I felt that I had time to ask all of my questions and didn’t feel rushed. There is genuine care for my cat and I appreciated the level of care we received. All of the staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
