I took my boy Choc-O in for his first vet visit today. As soon as we walked in, we felt right at home. Dr. Karshner and crew are so kind and made my boys day. Thank you for the great customer service! And, I have no complaints about the price. We are excited for our next visit. See ya soon!

Quit looking around, this is the place! The crew did an excellent job removing a GIANT growth on my little Chi's belly. It's only been a day since the surgery and he is doing so well! Friendly, caring, polite and upfront with pricing. Plus they have Scratchpay which is fantastic for those expensive procedures! I highly recommend Hayden Pet Medical Center.

I have been taking my pets to Hayden Pet Medical Center for 6 years now and have always been pleased with their service. The staff are wonderful and caring. The Dr’s have been compassionate and knowledgable. I never feel pressure to “run extra tests” or spend money unnecessarily. We had the vet do a house call when our poor sweet girl needed to be out down. It was emotionally a hard time but we were made to feel at ease with the compassion and forethought of the vet. My only one complaint would be the cost of boarding our cat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vets office in the Hayden area.

The staff and veterinarian are super friendly. My cats were already stressed from the car ride and they were gentle with them. We will continue to go back! They also did my one cats leg removal after his fall a year ago. He is doing amazing. My other cat is about to have oral surgery. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets!! Love them!

We recently just got a new kitty and are still getting used to being first time pet parents. Hayden Pet Medical Center made it very quick and easy to call, get an appointment and have the appointment the next day. Our baby was comfortable and the staff there was top tier. We will definitely be making this our designated place for Chloe.

We're traveling from San Diego and had a very difficult time finding medication for our King Charles Cavalier. We finally called Hayden Pet Medical Center and spoke with Stacey. She was very understanding and immediately spoke to the Dr and got us taken care of. She was very polite and courteous and I can tell from being self-employed for 40 years that she is a valuable asset to the company. Thank you Stacey and team were on our way to Reno with a happy pets.

I highly recommend Hayden Pet Medical Center. They have taken care of my German Shepherd since he was 14 weeks old. He’s had all vaccines and other minor procedures done, all with love and care and concern. He recently was neutered by them and then boarded at their facility. The kennel staff is awesome…. The surgical procedure was successfully completed and care and follow up as well. You can contact them with questions and concerns anytime via text or phone call. Dr. Nelson is awesome and responded to me personally many times.

I love the quality of care by ALL the staff which has been given to my two cats, Annie & Ellie.
I’ve been taking my pets to the Hayden Clinic for the past 7 years and have never had any issues with any of the staff and never had a bad experience!
Dr Peale & her staff have done all kinds of treatments to my animals and they’ve come out on top with flying colors. I also love that they prepare their clients ahead of a procedure with the prices of x-rays, blood draws, etc. Mostly, I love that they handle the pets with loving care as if they were their own!
