Every Heart of Chelsea location is lovely, clean, and pleasant, with the MOST caring, helpful staff who will treat your pets like their own beloved family members. Plus, they will handle your insurance reimbursements, which is maybe the best perk I’ve ever found at a vet. That service alone has saved me hours of admin and frankly thousands of dollars because I tend to neglect my pile of receipts for insurance reimbursement 🙈

We had a great experience!
We recently moved to Brooklyn and went to Heart of Chelsea Park Slope for our cat's annual check up and vaccines. Our cat doesn't trust people easily, but the staff and vets made her feel safe and comfortable. I don't think she even noticed when she got the rabiies shot; she was distracted eating treats! The place was clean and our appointment on time.

Dr. McNulty is thorough and takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. The staff is very friendly and warm with the dogs. They are quick with invoices and records and scheduling.

They gave me a quote of $950 for a spay/neuter. lol

Forget that, they told me they are required to do a blood panel, ekg, and physical prior. lol

My pup is 7 months.

Dr. Tristan Hackney is patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He takes great care of my dog and always follow up with us to check in how my dog is doing even after our visit. Has been seen here since we moved to Brooklyn in July 2023. I truly feel comfortable bringing my dog there every time.

I love this veterinary practice. What a gem. Went in for the first time yesterday with my new puppy, and all members of staff - from the front office to the exam room to the billing - were thorough, thoughtful, warm and professional. They even filled in some gaps re: vaccinations and puppy care that other vets I visited didn’t quite cover. Congrats to this office! You’ve got a great team. Highly recommend this veterinary practice for your pets!
