Hola quiero súper recomendar 💯 por 💯 este lugar lleve a mi gata para la esterilización el día 17 de septiembre del 2024 y quiero resaltar que fue lo mejor el mejor lugar la atención maravillosa muy respetuosos atentos mi experiencia fue excelente subo estas fotos de mi gata Zoé 🐈‍⬛ para mostrar el proceso que tuvo de su recuperación ella luego de la cirugía está súper bien tuve los cuidados que me indicaron los veterinarios solo quite su collar para que pudriera comer porque por lo pequeña no alcanzaba su agua 💦 ni sus croquetas le preparé calditos de pollo 🍗 con papas 🥔 sin sal y debo decir que los primero 5 días ella ya está súper bien su herida se recuperó pronto y ya está muy bien es importante cuidarlos bien y no permitir que pasen su lengua en la herida lo recomendado del cuello por los veterinarios fue de 10 días a 14 días yo sé lo quite al día 11 ella estaba súper bien confío en este lugar y quedo agradecida que mi princesa Zoé 🙏🏻🐈‍⬛ esté sana saludable y bien espero mi comentario les ayude yo vivo en white plains tome 1 hora y 25 minutos en llegar el preciso fue lo mejor porque donde vivo los precios son elevados costosos gracias 🙏🏻

Excellent service, they operated on my cat's eyes, they neutered him and everything went very well. My baby recovered excellently. 100% recommended.

Took my boy cat here for vet treatment multiple times over the summer and had to deal with an extremely rude vet that "doesn't really like cats" we were told by another employee at the shelter. HUH He literally scolded my mother and made her cry. We took my baby boy cat here because there was blood in his urine, then he had an issue where he was throwing up a lot, and they always said it was anxiety or stress related and put him on anxiety meds. We took him back multiple times after because he wasn't eating or he was throwing everything up, and they continued to say it was stress related and put him on different anxiety medication. Well turns out, it was cancer. He had a mass in his stomach and although we took him so many times over the summer they did not notice. My baby boy passed away September 2nd, the DAY we found out he had cancer because we took him to an animal hospital instead. The mass had grown so big it was pressing on his organs and he was struggling to breathe. We were forced to put him down because he was suffering at this point. I am absolutely heartbroken, and I am furious with the quality of care here. DO BETTER!!!!

I can not say enough great things about HVARs. They have been our vet since the start. Recently we had to put our beloved chihuahua down and it was the hardest decision we have ever made. They helped guide us and took the time with us to go over options to decide on what to do with our boy. In the end we did decide to put him down and they were so compassionate and sympathetic with us and treated us like family.

We also take our other pets there and they have the patience of saints with our other crazy dogs! Not to mention they are the most reasonable around for vet services.

The vet techs are top notch and we love the vets and office staff! If you’re looking for a vet, check them out! You will be glad you did.

Horrible!!! Dr Higgins was rude and very unprofessional! I was never told I needed blood work prior to my dog being spayed until after I dropped her off the day of her surgery. Reason being- “staff is new and they don’t know what to do” Blood work was taken and Dr Higgins send out the sample incorrectly and was told it would have to be redone. Meanwhile, this appointment was made 2 months prior between my dog’s heat cycle. So disappointing in the incompetence of the Dr and staff. Do not recommend this place at all. Should have been informed of testing needed PRIOR to surgery day not after my dog was dropped off. Situation should have been handled in a more professional & kind manner. Your response to my review is well written but in fact you left out the way the entire situation was handled from start to finish. If you’re going to respond include the reason for my dissatisfaction and lack of professionalism.

I have taken a few cats to HVARS over the years and always found their services to be adequate, affordable, and relatively quick.

One thing you must understand about them (before you go) is that they are BUSY. The place is always packed with cars there, and they are seeing A LOT of animals on a daily basis. After my experience at other vets in the area, this is something that I respect about this place.

The staff doesn't have time to coddle you however they provide the best care for your pet that they can.

Great place. Took my girl KC in right away after finding out she would needed surgery. Very kind and polite. Would recommend to anyone. I’m an hour away and still will use them for my pets. When I went in. Couldn’t believe the amount of work happening. And the staff was excellent. I would say I was very impressed! Top notch! Keep it up!
