Unfortunately we had to do a emergency euthanasia to our 15 year old pup. From the first time I called till the second we left , we were treated with compassion and great care . We came on a Sunday night ,it seemed busy for the time but we were treated with urgency and brought into a room since we were all grieving.Dr. Russell was amazing , Annie was amazing . I am missing names but the whole staff was amazing . Even called back for names and Lisa helped and she was very compassionate and understanding. My family appreciates Katonah Veterinary Center. My pups and I travel about 35 minutes for the best care! Previously used for only emergency visits for my pups in past and I said if I ever got a another dog which I did more than one I would
Use not only for ER services but for vet as well. From walking in getting greeted and checked in and entire staff is amazing. Techs are great and Dr. Bernard is always happy to see the boys and loves each of her patients as if they were her own. Highly recommend and worth traveling further when there are so many other places near by. Great experience and your pets will love it there.

I don’t have enough words to thank this place. I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend anyone to come here. I rescued an injured stray cat, and I felt very nervous walking to any clinic, afraid that there would be no option but to euthanize this sweet cat. Dr. Brida was God sent to me; she was so kind and helpful. She was able to check this cat’s injuries, and she made me feel comfortable and gave me many options; this is the outcome you’d hope for in situations like this. She was super resourceful! Because of her help, this cat named Sally is recovering from surgery and will soon find her forever home. Thank you, Brida, for saving Sally! God bless this place

What can I say about Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center? Ummm...utterly amazing!!! My husband and I were blown away by the care and treatment our baby received from Dr. Chou, Rosie and Donna as well as the rest of the staff at KBVC. We live in Queens and this is a bit of a hike from where we live, but we were referred to KBVC by my sister as she takes all of her dogs for medical care here and after having a less-than stellar experience at one of the animal hospitals in NYC, we decided to go to KBVC for our dog's mast cell tumor removal. And we are over the moon with the outcome of that decision. From the consultation to the day of surgery to all of the follow-up -- it has been a five-star experience from start to finish! I strongly recommend KBVC as a place to take your baby for care.

I’m so happy I decided to trust them. When my dog Harley tore her ACL and couldn’t use her leg, it was extremely upsetting. I learned that it was a big surgery with a long recovery. Every person in this group went out of their way to make Harley and I comfortable. Rosie was great to deal with every time I called. Dr. Chou explained every detail to me and did a spectacular job with her surgery. Trisha was absolutely amazing. Her love and caring for people and animal really shines through when you deal with her. I can’t say enough kind words. Yes, it was expensive. More than I could afford and worth every dollar of it. It’s been almost 2 weeks and she’s recovering well. I almost didn’t use them because of some bad reviews. I’m so glad I trusted my baby with this practice. I love my dog very much. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

We had an amazing experience with the surgery team. They fit us in quickly and everyone we spoke with was kind, caring and compassionate - Dr. Chou, all of the vet techs, and most especially Rosie! I was really nervous about our dog's condition when I called and I'm so happy with the care we received.

By far one of the best Veterinary hospitals in all of Westchester. I was a first time dog owner and had to put my 16 year old down. I have been taking my 4-legged kids to Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center for over 25 years -- and I live in Garrison, NY. Why have I been such a long term client? Not only is it because it is a 24/7 veterinary care center but more importantly, it's the gentle, compassionate and top-notch care the doctors and staff always provide to my 4-legged kids. The doctors always explain what the issue is and the course of treatment they recommend -- and they always leave the decision of what to do up to the client -- with no pressure to do more than one is comfortable doing. If your pet needs surgery or an overnight stay, either the surgeon or the attending staff will give you a call with an update of how things went and how your pet is doing. I also appreciate that they take the "Care Credit" card that has helped me pay for expensive medical/surgical care costs with special financing options. I highly recommend Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center if you are looking for a place where you and your pet will be treated with respect, friendliness and expert care.
