Our puppy needed a shot but she's developed fear based aggression. The tech met us outside so I could I slip a muzzle on our pup. I held her securely and the tech gave her the shot super fast. I really appreciated their understanding and professionalism.

Great front staff, great Vets, great rates, always there for you! Everyone here truly cares about your animals. This is a great place to take your Fur babies. Whether there are 1 oz or 5000 pounds these guys can take care of it.

Dr Kidd's new Urgent Care clinic is a literal life saver. She is the only vet in Eastern Oregon that will see a snake. A one hour drive was worth every minute to save his life. She treated me and my tiny little Dwarf Python with total respect as did her staff. Performed a thorough and serious exam, prescribed the appropriate drug carefully calculated for such a tiny animal. She also helped me correct my husbandry without making me feel ashamed. And when I called last week before I was even a client she was willing to give me some helpful advice regarding husbandry for getting him through the weekend. He only weighs 75 grams and was down to 60 grams 4 days ago due to dehydration and not eating for 7 weeks. He is now drinking on his own and last night willingly ate a frozen, thawed mouse. There's a chance he still might not make it but if that happens it won't be for lack of the very best veterinary care.

I have literally taken hundreds, perhaps even thousands of cats to Kennedy Veterinary Services over the past 30 years as I ran a cat rescue and spay/neuter program for 18 years. Dr. Kennedy is amazing with orthopedic work and really good with feral cats. He treats every feral cat like his own. Dr. Kidd is really good with all cats (and chickens) as well and is very good with communicating with me about what needs to be done. With both vets I know they will do what is best for the cat while taking into consideration my finances. I know they will not let me put a cat down that they do not believe needs to be put down and that means the world to me. The staff at the clinic are excellent as well and I feel good about leaving my cats and occasional rescue dog at their clinic. They have done more good for the area pet rescues and for feral cats than any other vet in the area. Total dedication!

Great service! These folks had a same day appointment available at their Highway 11 location much closer to me. They were willing to help and not concerned wether or not they were his regular vet. Seems like most places are always full- hard to get in for an emergency. The staff is well trained. They even stayed late to help my little buddy. Many thanks

They are walking with us in the treatment of our dog with lymphoma. Even though they don't treat the cancer we are actively working with OSU oncology and Dr. Kennedy has been very supportive. This is a tough time for us and I feel my dog is in good hands. Strongly recommend.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've been here multiple times since I moved here. These people are incompetent, and clearly don't care much about the work they do or the animals involved. I took my dog in, they shrugged off my concerns of what it was, and misdiagnosed him. During that visit, not only did they not call me with updates or estimates, as they were directed to do, but when I finally called after all day to check on him, they said "yeah he's been ready to go for a while". They lack communication, punctuality, and common decency, apparently. But to top things off, because of their misdiagnosis, my dog is currently in critical care - vomiting blood, infection, lethargic, and a cough. Not to mention, costing me a lot of money I don't have. Thanks, Kennedy for ALL YOU DO. Really, you guys deserve a medal. #1 in amazingly ignorant.

Great service and very friendly staff that really care about your animals well-being. They are willing to take the extra steps to make you and your pet comfortable. Great prices for this area too. My only complaint was they charge a fee if you pay by credit card. I didn't know that before so I didn't bring cash. Now that I know, it's not a problem. Just a heads up for others though, it pays to bring cash! I will definitely be gong back.
