We LOVE the staff at MedVet Columbus. They take such good care of our Sphynx and their cardio and emergency departments always go above and beyond. We cannot imagine taking our girl anywhere else and it is more than worth the 4 hour drive for the care we receive through MedVet.

Everyone was super great. Also, even though it ended up not really being an emergency for MedVet, it was still to us because our pet is still our baby . However, they still treated it like it was an emergency to them and took very good care of our loved one. Thank you!

I have the highest regards for MedVet in Columbus. Dr. Lorch is kind and patient. The staff, technicians and assistants are top notch. Everyone treated me with kindness and the communication was excellent. I appreciated the time Dr. Lorch spent with me answering my multitude of questions. I also had an excellent experience with Dr. Carr. I drive two hours to go to MedVet, it's worth it.

We learned that our sweet senior now needs medicine for her heart issues. My girl is a nervous nelly, so in order to make her more comfortable, Lisa Bigelow asked me to come to the back and sit with her between testing. This meant the world to me, knowing that they truly cared for her wellbeing. When Dr. Nguyenba came into our room he acted as if we were his only patient of the day. He spent so much time with Zoe and myself, making sure all of my questions were answered, explained in great detail her clinical assessment, the plan for moving forward, and gave me hope. He was kind and knowledgeable, and I appreciate his honesty surrounding her condition. When it was time to be discharged, the vet asked his clerk to come to our room to help keep Zoe calm. Since my pup was still feeling wobbly from the anesthesia given to perform x-rays, the checkout lady also helped me load Zoe into my car. I can not say enough great things about the Cardiology Department!

Our vet is very confident in providing feedback and guidance on how to move forward. She is very knowledgeable. Also, the team is so great. Every call is positive, every visit is positive. We got there ten minutes early & our dog is not great with other dogs, and they were patient to let us in a separate door and get us right into a room.

I foster Newfoundland dogs for the Newfoundland Club of America. (Life and Rescue with the Reeds). I drive from north of Detroit to bring the puppies to the Cardiologist's. Absolutely worth the drive - everyone I encountered has been kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyenba takes time to explain the results, not only to the head of the rescue, but to me as well. Though these babies are only in my care for awhile, they are like my own so I appreciate the time and care given to the pups as well as to me.
