This is the best urgent care vet I have ever been to. I came as soon as they opened so the wait time was less than 20 minutes, it was so clean and nice inside so that was very nice to see.

My dog HATES vets. He doesn’t like to be examined or touched at all. So I was really shocked when he actually was calm with this vet and the vet techs. He normally puts up a bit of a fight, but he liked them so much that he didn’t fight at all and was really good.

Everyone was very clear and honest with what was going on, they were upfront with pricing and were honest about what was actually necessary and what was just kinda recommended. Prices are a bit high, but they always are at emergency care and urgent care places because everything is on demand, there is no waiting. It’s like expedited shipping, you’re gonna pay more to get it quicker.

Overall I’m very very happy with this place and I’ll definitely come back. I feel safe putting my dog in their hands, and I adore the staff. Thank you guys for helping my dog feel better!!

Had little to no wait time. Staff was friendly and very kind. The vet took her time looking over my pup and answered all my questions. Cost was about the same as my regular vet visits which is great considering it’s an urgent care service! These ladies were wonderful with my pup! I would 10/10 recommend and will definitely use their services in the future!

Highly highly recommended. We had Dr. Qui and her team help with our German shorthair after ge took a tumble while out looking for birds in the desert and got some deep cuts on his legs and face. They do Hebe the option to make an appointment but also dedicated some time and resources for walk-ins. We actually got tended to earlier as walk-ins than it would have taken For the next available reservation. They were professional, fast, and very helpful in explaining all the procedures and the potential cost range if things went well and if they had to use more. They explained all of the risks and were very sympathetic. Sent us home with all the instructions and medications and even called us when we got home to check in. Could not recommend enough.

Amazing staff. Everything was good until the wait and lack of online tracking updates on my Lola’s cremation. I was told she was going to take 4 to 6 weeks and I’d track her everyday. She was put down Nov 3 , ready Nov 8th, online update until nov 15th. I ended up not waiting for delivery and I picked her up myself. I didn’t want any more delays. I just feel much better now that I have her. But man I wish I’d be notified ASAP. At least an email ..anyway thanks to the staff for the smooth and less scary experience with my Lola.

My pup was having some eye inflammation and my normal vet was booked all week but recommended MedVet to me. I showed up right at the opening since I didn't have an appointment. The entirety of my visit was over 2 hours which is understandable since I didn't have an appointment and it was a Monday.. but Dr Kleinert was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. My pup loved her.

This was a little far away from home. But if we ever needed to come back I would feel very comfortable. Just plan for a few hours if you're a walk in!

They charged me nearly $500 to clean out and bandage a wound smaller than a dime on the top of my dog’s paw. They used iv methadone on her just to clean it, which definitely felt like overkill. The staff was very friendly and the wait was short, but that price and using that medicine for such a small issue seemed like way over the top. I also didn’t realize the fee to be seen would be in ADDITION to care provided and not applied toward the care. This billing level is higher than pediatricians charge for my kids! I will definitely not be back.

I can’t say enough positive things about MedVet in Sandy and Dr. Tischbein. Our dog Louie felt completely at home in their care. They showed genuine compassion, were gentle and patient, and their concern was clear from the moment we arrived. Dr. Tischbein’s kindness touched our family; we will never forget how she went above and beyond to care for Louie. Her entire team was perfection. You can tell they love animals and always put their well-being first. They made us and Louie feel at ease, and my dad and I give them our eternal gratitude. With EMA, the tech, I felt I was in the right hands. I know this is an emergency facility and I expected to pay a little more, but it was worth every penny. And Lucy is already doing better. And BTW, I almost never leave reviews for anything. That's how good it was.
