Hacen muy lento el servicio traje a mi mascota y dure 6 horas para ser atendida y muy caro es puro dinero y dinero tardan para dar resultados y vengan hablar con Tigo

Hoy al fin pudimos llevar nuestro perro a su veterinario pues anoche en este lugar nos estaban cobrando 500 dólares aproximadamente por hacer exámenes q no estávamos necesitando para nuestra mascota y a primera hora fuimos a su veterinario u solo pagamos 70 dólares este lugar solo les importa el dinero

I could not be more pleased with an experience than this. Every single person here was caring, considerate, and amazing to work with. The Doctors were HONEST and kept their word with frequent check in phone calls, follow up texts and open to refer out when something was outside of their expertise. When it came time to refer my pet out to a specialist, they wasted no time and spent an entire day making sure that my dog was taken care of. And, to make it even better, for emergency care, they were relatively affordable. I highly recommend this place and, if I lived closer, I would visit again.

They were professional and kind and took my concerns seriously.4 month old Asher threw up wood after chewing a hole in our chair that was next to his kennel. We were so frightened and they were so kind and took care of him reliving my fears of blockage or worse. They kept him for over 9 hours and ran tests to make sure he wasn’t blocked or anything worse was going on!! He’s home and happy so thank you!! They also refunded $800 of the $1800 I gave them for the multiple tests they ran. I was shocked as I would have paid anything but was happy to receive that much money back!!

My chihuahua was bit by a big dog, he unfortunately did not survive. It was the most traumatic experience of my life watching my dog and I felt so helpless and panicked. I don’t think there was much they could have done to help him to be honest. They cleaned him up nicely and let us say our goodbyes to him in private. We were in town visiting family and are from Spokane and had to wait for his ashes to be sent in the mail and of course we went with the service they offered for cremation. It was really pricey $600 in total probably closer to $700, my chihuahua was at most 5lbs maybe even weighed less, he came in a beautiful urn with a golden plate on it that had the wrong spelling of his name, they sent a paw print which is something we’ll always cherish but it’s engraved with the wrong spelling of his name. Even the packaging they sent had two different wrong spellings of my name on it, I’m really grateful they got the address right at least… I just don’t understand why when we paid so much that the detail of spelling wasn’t taken into consideration or why it wasn’t double checked. My dog is Brutus not Brutis. (His favorite toy for size reference)

The place was real nice and clean yes they service my animal quickly yes the cost of the bill was outrageous for people on low income it should not be that high I paid almost $800 and that's a lot that was my rent for my house. Droopy is feeling a lot better I'm moving around so that's a good thing.

Brought our pup in with a broken leg. They got us in quickly and splinted her and gave us a thorough diagnosis with recommendations for vet follow-up surgery. Surprisingly she limped out on her splint and was stable. Grateful for their help, and 6 weeks later she is 100%.
