We recently moved here from PA and set Midtown Animal Medical Center up as our vet for our 2 dogs. They have been amazing, getting us in right away when the dogs have been sick, very thorough exams, explanations, and treatments. Everyone has been friendly and patient, providing the very best care. We highly recommend them. Thank you for caring so much!

Always such a great experience with this practice. They were so sweet and caring when I unexpectedly had to put down one of my German shepherds. They really do care so much about animals and I would, and have recommended to everyone looking for a great vet.

We have been through teeth extraction 3 times and it has always been brutal! After the last episode, well we didn’t trust the vets anymore. However we needed another and final teeth extraction. We found midtown vet. Staff were amazing and kind. Said they could take care of our Bailey. From having us sedate her before bringing her in they treated her with care and removed her last 10 teeth. Her recovery is usually a week to 10 days. But with there gentle care the next day she was eating soft dog food like a horse. By day 3 she was playing with her ball and picking it up with her mouth. Incredible, what the right vet and the right care can do! Midtown vet gets 5 stars and our gratitude. Thank you so very much! Cannot recommend them enough.

I have a 3 month old puppy & found this local vet to take her to, when I got my pup she had respiratory issues & coccidia parasites, this vet helped clear both those things up, but just last week I had to turn in another stool sample, after the one before that got lost, got a call back Thursday evening after closing hours, I wasn't able to answer so Dr.Hannah Dodd left me a voice mail this last Thursday & I still have said voice-mail where she stated that she was having puppies coming in with Giardia, her test came back negative for coccidia but positive for Giardia, well I keep my pup in doors with me, I'm a stay at home mama & we use puppy pads until she's fully vaxxed. No outside play time yet for her own safety after she already had to go through the first couple things when I bought her. The only place she's been exposed to is Midtown vet & she licks & sniffs EVERYTHING in the exam room. I have no other animals in my house either, she's my only 1. Anyway, I call Midtown vet back Friday morning & get a call back later afternoon from Dr.Dodd & when I noted that I'm certain she got it from their office she got extremely rude & loud, talking over me, wouldn't let me speak, for a family ran business or any business at all for that matter, to me that's absolutely not okay. I felt extremely disrespected & she told me she didn't carry the Giardia medication she'd have to give me a prescription to order it off chewy, well after that when I got in my words saying that I'm certain she got it from their office & I'd be searching for another vet to take my pup to after this treatment she said, "that's fine, no need, I'll cancel your account with us here" & hung up on me. So now I'm frantically trying to find a vet Monday today, to take Athena in, get her re tested & get her the medication she needs to get better since they are declining to approve the prescription needed. What an awful thing to do to an animal, leave them to go untreated because I caught you whistle blowing on yourself & brought it up, because it was not right. Maybe keep your office clean & don't have these issues in the first place? I'm EXTREMELY displeased with Dr.Dodds actions & also torn watching my poor girl biting at her be hind suffering from these parasites she got from them. She's already been through way too much. Extremely unprofessional & childish, she bad mouths other businesses in the area when she can't take care of her own. Also I'm certain she needs to tell clients there's been pets in with these types of issues as to let them know the risk they are taking. Very unethical business. I wish I could give 0 stars because I've never been spoken to by a business owner the way she spoke to me. Surely out for the quick bucks & not best interests of the animals health, why else would she put so many animals at risk? Yeah, I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this dirty office & I will be spreading the word on what she's put us all through.
