They were very patient and understanding. Our dog had very scary, shallow breathing problems and a tech came outside to our truck and took her in right away! You can tell the staff really cares about their patients and kept us very informed through out this whole process! They treated our sweet Claire with the best Quality health care they could provide and I truly believe they saved her life! she feels so much better now and back to her old self! We truly are very grateful for this hospital especially the critical care team that handled Claire’s case. They even sent us pictures while she stayed overnight for two days and called us multiple times with updates! When Claire was discharged they gave us a full page summary of what went wrong and how they treated her, and always was here for any questions we had! 100% would recommend to anyone and this is our go to now for any emergency with our two dogs

I can’t say enough good things about Mission Vet and Animal Hospital! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was kind, professional and truly compassionate. A special shout-out to the Neurology department, who always goes above and beyond in caring for Baxter. Their expertise, patience, and dedication made all the difference in our pup’s treatment. Dr. Daw is AMAZING and always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensured we felt supported every step of the way.
Thank you to everyone at Mission for your outstanding care— we’re so grateful to have such an amazing team looking after our “Spicy” boy!

Mission Vet saved my baby’s life! We took my 12 year old Snoop in at 3 AM last Tuesday morning and he was taken care of immediately. Turned out he was going septic from a complication from a previous surgery he had just had a few days prior. Not only did they give him top notch care but kept me very informed and sent pictures to me throughout his two and a half day stay. I wish they were a primary care vet because I would absolutely take my babies to see them for everything!

I’m so grateful to MissionVet for seeing Ollie so quickly after his allergic reaction last night. While they did require a larger deposit (understandable for an ER vet), I can’t emphasize enough how wonderful they were with my reactive dog. The care and attention they showed him were exceptional—he even came out without his “party hat,” which was amazing to see granted how nervous he was when he first came in! They provided detailed instructions for his care, and to my surprise, the final cost ended up being much lower than the deposit. Thank you, MissionVet, for your urgency and compassion. I feel reassured knowing Ollie is in great hands should we ever need to return.

I had to bring in my cat Buck in for an assumed treatment of cholangiohepatitis. The first vet I brought him to could not figure out what the issue was as his condition continued to deteriorate. I was referred to MissionVet. Intake at MissionVet was extremely professional and everyone on the medical side from the techs to the doctors seemed extremely concerned and were also extremely knowledgeable. I wish I remembered their names so I could compliment them on their professional courtesy. Additionally, my cat is MEAN to strangers even when he's feeling fine. So he was especially mean during his stay here but they were able to wrangle him just fine, which I know is a task in itself.

EDIT: Amy Robinson was my intake vet and i could not be more grateful for her insight and her team!!

My only issues were with billing, but we're resolved.

1) This place is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE WITH A CAPITAL E. Have a plan with your finances, they have carecredit etc. But just be prepared for A SHOCK when you hear the cost. I got lucky that my pet insurance covered a portion of my bill.

2) Trouble checking out with my bill, and refunding the amount that was below my deposit. I had to help the front desk clerks figure out how to do this. Luckily, I work in tech and was able to help them figure out the billing system, but that shouldn't be my job.

3) The intake form needs to be revised to include VETERANS as well as retired and active duty. This was a point of contention when I was trying to get my discount because I checked "Not active or retired". So the billing dept tried to tell me I couldn't get their "veterans discount". There is a major difference between the three but all should qualify. This issue was resolved but took a few phone calls.

Overall I would absolutely come back!! The billing hassle was not a major issue but I felt needed to be addressed for future customers. I'm just happy to have my cat back at home and feeling better and acting like his old self.

My only regret was not coming to MissionVet FIRST as to avoid the second bill from the first vet to tell me "we don't know, go to mission"

Thank you to the incredible team at MissionVet - especially Dr. Daw & her staff. In November our precious Shiny lost ability to use her back legs over weekend; we took her in 1st thing Monday morning - she suffered stage 5 IVDD. Imaging + testing showed herniated disc, so she was promptly taken into surgery. We were kept up to date throughout entire procedure, & able to visit her day after surgery. Dr. Daw’s team monitored Shiny around the clock & notified of any changes in her status. Three months later, Shiny is doing great using her wheels for independence & currently in rehab to strengthen her back legs. We are so thankful our Shiny is alive & doing well. Thank you for saving our baby girl!

We had to bring our amazing German Shepherd in due to a breathing emergency. Mission Veterinary got him right in and ultimately found out he had cancer and euthanasia was recommended. We brought him home and unfortunately had to do say goodbye the next day. As difficult as this situation was we were treated with the utmost professionalism and the Vet we saw was amazing. We lost our best friend but this facility was as helpful as we could have asked for.
Thank you Mission
