This place is excellent from the time you walk in. The staff are excellent and pay attention to you and your baby. I had to put my baby down because of suffering with illness and they were so kind and attentive. The MD was excellent and injected her with no problem and I was allowed to stay and comfort her and spend all the time I needed. The admitting clerk was caring and quick with paper work and explained everything, I am a nurse but still hurts with animals. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for caring

Great emergency hospital. they were relatively quick in evaluating our dog and providing medicines. Prices are a bit high, but that is expected when using a 24/7 emergency vet clinic. $170 to be seen and they provide quotes on what action they recommend. Great to use in a pinch, just make sure you call first!

First off, I have to give major kiddos to Oscar. He was amazing from the time that I called, all freaked out, to the time I left. My baby cat was having a hard time breathing, and no other vet would even try to see her or give me any ideas. From the moment I called, Oscar soothed my fears, asked about the color of my kitties gums, and calming made me feel at ease. I felt like they really cared.
Once there, I was made aware of the process of every step and explained the process and every procedure. They knew I didn't have a lot of money and never once made me feel guilty for having to go basic. On the way out, Oscar made sure that I had a list of all ER hospitals, as well as all the low-cost vets in the area. Oscar, you are a gem. Also, I love how you kept calling my kitty "My friend Church". You are absolutely in the right career.

Was there last night from 11 p.m to about 5 a.m in an emergency for my cat Moon, who was struggling to breathe.
I ran into the building crying my eyes out because I was terrified of my pet dying and the staff was quick to calm me down without judgement.

Very impressed with Grace Lily. Not only is she compassionate and caring towards animals, but she is with their owners too. She made sure to deliver news with care and she explained things to me gently.

I was alone that night and she apologized that nobody was there for me. But she was there for me. She offered me a hug despite not knowing me because I was heartbroken that Moon most likely was dying from heart failure. She listened to all of my concerns and answered any questions I had. She made sure to list every option I had before I decided to go with euthanasia, knowing that Moon would be in pain and would not survive much longer.

The staff around the reception office was very nice to me. They offered me water bottles and apologized for my loss. I will forever remember how well you guys treated me 💕. My bill might have been $1,000, but I would do it again and again if it meant that my animals were safe and sound with you guys.

And to Grace Lily, you are a gem in the vet field. Keep doing what you’re doing, you are amazing at it. Thank you for being there for me when I had nobody that night

We appreciated the staff and their excellent service. They did everything they could to make our situation easier. I highly recommend this vet; they got us right in, although considering it was the middle of the night. Be prepared for high costs ($6,000-$8,000 for a large breed dog with a bigger size litter) if you are going for a possible C-section. However, I am very grateful to have a vet like this in emergencies.
They provided us blankets so we could rest while we waited and explained everything clearly. Thanks again for your service and great care for our dog, Evie and her puppies.

Last year I rushed my cat Ollie to this office due to something not being right. I just paid all of my bills for the month off of my paycheck and didn’t think I’d need an emergency fund for a tragic event. I got home from work to find my cat acting weird. We got to this office and they did everything they possibly could have done within reason. I got terrible news that even a surgery wouldn’t be able to save him and my only option was to basically put him down. I couldn’t afford to euthanize him. I’m not sure why they decided to put him down for free, I couldn’t tell if it was because I was so heartbroken or they just felt bad. Either way it goes, the staff were incredible and gave me the chance to be there in my cats final moments. I will always be incredibly grateful to this staff and this vet office. After my cat passed, about a week went by and the staff all signed a card and sent it to my apartment. This was the sweetest gesture and I couldn’t have been more grateful. These people do whatever they can to assist and make the process as easy as possible.

Wonderful service. Our family dog unexpectedly passed late on a Saturday night. When we called the staff was polite and courteous and there was no sense of pressure. When we arrived they took us through a more private entrance and led us into a comfortable and calm consultation room. I can not express how grateful I am for the staff. They understood this was a difficult time and were comforting and supportive.

They walked us through the paper work and explained everything, sometimes twice when I was still upset.

Excellent, competent, compassionate care. Mt. View Veterinarian and support staff carefully went over an ultrasound and clinical findings that lead to the finding of a cancerous abdominal tumor, and discuss different options.
Feline had been seen at a different location where only antibiotics were prescribed. Condition worsened so we went to Mountain View where the veterinarian and support staff took the time and technology to accurately diagnose the cancer that was causing the symptoms.
Could not be more satisfied. Would definitely go back.
