I have two kittens that I brought to My Kids Have Paws, Stink & Salem, I dropped them off at 8 am and got messaged they were ready at 1:15. Pick-up and drop off was smooth! Both of my babies are home and eating and drinking well! (Little clumsier than usual but that’s to be expected) staff was nice and called during Stinks procedure to let me know she had a skin infection under her chin and wanted to treat it with antibiotics which I greatly appreciated. Overall very happy to have found an affordable, clean and reliable place to take care of my babies!

Our beautiful cat Callie needed to get spayed because we had no intention on letting her have babies. When I came across this clinic I was very happy that they offered an affordable option but I should have known better. This is a Aspen in the pet world 🙁 we were texted to arrive between 8:15-8:30 for drop off and we were greeted with no direction on where to go or wait , we finally decided maybe we should go wait with the other cat family’s. It was cold and the process was almost an hour long waiting outside in 30 degree weather the only nice thing about that was the young lady who helped us went above and beyond to call our vet to confirm she had her shots needed before surgery I thank her 🙏 pick up was the real cherry on top I walk in with people all clustered in what looked like 3 lines so I positioned my self in a man line named “Lane” after 3 people where helped with the words next called out I seen well this is how there helping the next person. So when his last person in front of me was helped , I walked up to his counter and he said they will call you up when it’s your turn and I was a lil confused because I had not herd names only Next so I said ok and backed off then the lady’s beside him called out next 3 more times helped those people get there animals and check out by this time I was visibly upset because people who got there after me where helped and left. No one was making eye contact so then (Lane) said I can help you and I asked him if he was sure because 3 people ago he said I would be called by name. He did apologize for the confusion and It was going to be just that. But then after he made me sign and go over paperwork he placed my stuff in a box and he helped 1 more person out and the other 2 lady’s also had checked out 2 more people. I was done by then and told my husband do you see what he did ? All the other people helped and grabbed there pet while he made us wait 2 more people before going to get our Callie. He asked someone why our pet had not been brought out after I said that out loud and they told him you are supposed to go get them the other person left and he said that would have been nice to know and went to go get our cat 😪 I blame my self for thinking affordable care can = good time management and curious direction in what looked like dysfunctional front desk. I only Hope that the vets in the back didn’t hurt my Callie and she recovery’s amazing. We will not be going back and will make sure people know when asked where I took my girl! Not to take them here !

I had a great experience with my kids have paws. They spayed my dog leia and did great ! She is now fully recovered. The prices especially were very affordable. I will definitely recommend this place to others and will eventually contact them to have my other dog fixed 😊

I Love this place! All the staff that work here are so kind and helpful. I found them to be very professional in the way they do things and the great care they give to all the animals. Also the great prices that no one else in the area can beat. I want to also thank Tiffany Byrd and Brittany who helped me tremendously when I was worried about my dog. They took care of my concerns and assured me everything was gonna be ok. I will definitely be returning when I need Veterinarian services. I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs good quality care at reasonable prices. Thank you so much.
