Buenos días, hablé esta mañana para solicitar una cita para mi perro nova, ella tiene muchas rochas en su piel y el señor Christian me comunica que solo hay para el jueves 30 de marzo y le dije que es algo que veo importante en mi mascota y no quería esperar. Me gustaría cancelar mis dos planes médicos de mis perros wapo y nova, la razón simplemente porque considero que es algo importante y no quiero esperar ver a mi mascota sufriendo de comezón y rascándose con desesperación.

I went in to find a new local veterinarian for my puppy. I also wanted to schedule a teeth cleaning. They didn't have enough staff to schedule the cleaning. One person said they'll schedule me that day a few weeks out, another said they would call me in two weeks. It's been over a month and a half. No one called. No follow up. No customer satisfaction

While I was there, they had me buy this cream for my dog that she didn't really need. I bought it anyway because I felt bad they were so short staffed on doctors. I'm glad my dog never got seen by them. If they don't care to follow up this much for a teeth cleaning, I could only imagine how much they wouldn't care to take care of her

Absolutely horrible!! I pay monthly for pet services. I had an emergency because my dog got into some paint. The first response was to say there were no openings. Not concern or worry, but annoyance. On top of that, they tried to pass me off by telling me to call poison control (who charges $85 and needs a few days to determine what to do). So, basically, figure it out for yourselves, we don’t have time for you. What kind of service is that Clearly, profits are more important than pets.

I have been so blessed to have found this place. Someone I met in the park, named Ruben told me about this and said I need to check them out because they are an awesome company..
The front desk staff is amazing, each time I call and when I come in. That first greet by staff really is important as well as maintaining it throughout each visit every day. I’m sure it can be a lot for them but they don’t let it interfere with their job!

My 13 yo chi-mix Squirt is in his later years and the quality of life he deserves was found here. There is no pressure to do anything that you are not comfortable with and the whole staff is phenomenal!
When I came in with Squirt, he was so tired and dehydrated and just tired, he is 13.

Dr. Connor came in and brightened my day and gave me some great information on how to care for Squirt at this stage of life. He also informed me of all of the services they provided here, from quality of life until aftercare services. They have their own groomers, they do boarding, they have a doggy day camp all in one area. This place is by far the best type of facility to have your pet. Not just for older dogs but for all dogs! To have your pet’s vet and all of these services in the same vicinity is wonderful. It makes not leaving your pet here, without any worries of any kind, because if anything happens, I don’t have to go somewhere else to take my vet unless it is absolutely necessary by their vet.

I will keep him here until he transitions on whenever that may be.

I love this vet. My dog is reactive and absolutely horrible patient. It’s hard to find a vet that is willing to listen to what we know to be true about our dog. Perhaps a bit different than most, he does better with us then apart bc he trusts his dad so much. Most vets don’t listen and insist on separating us and then can’t do what they’re trying to do bc he’s scared and aggressive. This vets office listens. The first time we visited we explained his preferences and personality and they listen. They happily note his personality and let us be with him the entire trip. Dr. Susie and Tech Sara(without an h) went out of their way to make him and us comfortable. There is no judgement for his personality. Honestly couldn’t reccomend them more. Thank y’all so much for making such a stressful occasion that much easier!

I loved my visit. My cat probably not so much. I felt so comfortable with the staff. The last time I was at the vet I had to put my best friend to rest of 13 years. Going to the vet for a simple check up on my other best friend and my sweet angel above’s sister was triggering for me but the staff made everything feel so much better and everyone was kind. Thank you to everyone for helping me and my feline American Lee Lee. ♥️
