From the time Kelly answered the phone until the very end everyone there were so supportive and so nice and so accommodating. Dr Manning explained everything to me in a way that I can understand and was so reassuring I felt that I did the right thing bringing my wonderful sweet dog to night watch. I have gone to places where I had waited up to 8 hours. Not here and that is so important to me since I take care of a 94-year-old mother with a bit of dementia. They knew this so they accommodated me in such a kind fashion .....this is going to be my go-to emergency care. Everyone at the night watch again I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We had a great experience with Night Watch and the thoughtful staff and Dr. Manning. From our first phone call, we felt very cared for and respected by everyone we worked with. Miss Susan met us at our car to do our intake and she was very compassionate throughout the entire process, explaining what would happen and updating us of the final care plan.
Dr. Manning explained what we were facing and answered all of our questions thoroughly.

I called back a few time for follow-up questions and every time, the people answering the phone were friendly, upbeat (even at 2 am!), and eager to help get the answers we needed.

Highly recommend if you find yourself need emergency pet care. We felt very lucky to have access to Night Watch.

We brought our cat here for a urinary blockage that he had a month prior so we knew the symptoms. When we arrived, I saw the sign that read to stay in our car and call for them to pick up our pet. Although we waited in our car, Ryan came out multiple times and never left us wondering what was happening. Dr Manning called and explained everything that was wrong, and was extremely friendly and professional. Ryan came back out and showed us an estimate of the price, and helped to reduce that price by taking off certain procedures we didn’t need. It was definitely pricey but it is an emergency vet and they were very thorough. The only downside in my opinion is that the office closed at 8 AM and we would’ve had to come pick up our cat and transfer him. Ryan referred us to Thrive and our baby was seen right away. He saved us thousands of dollars and obviously your pet is the priority over the money they could make. I would always recommend and would trust them with any of our babies again (but hopefully won’t have to!)

Dr. Gladman was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything about my cat’s condition and the treatment options available, she made me feel reassured and confident in the care Chaos was going to receive.

Becca, the receptionist was very helpful with financial assistance options.
The technicians Ryan, Danielle, Susan, Kelly, and Kurt were all exceptional as well. They made sure to keep me updated, answered all of my questions with patience, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel at ease during a stressful time.

The team's attention to detail and the quality of service provided was truly impressive. If you're ever in need of emergency care for your four legged kiddos, I highly recommend Night Watch Animal ER. They’re a wonderful team that treats both animals and their owners with kindness and respect. Thank you again for everything!

Floyd!!! What a man! He took care of my family cat Gabbie and helped keep me and my mom at ease during the process. We came in for what we thought was something small, turned out a bit more worrisome. Very informative, very lighthearted, and gentle conversation as we talked about what we could do for our cat. They got her in and taken care of! Me and my mom appreciate the kindness, the ability to work with us, and honesty! Things like this aren’t easy but reassurance and information goes a long way! I honestly cannot say enough about Ryan and Dr. Manning. I recently brought in my 4month old Doberman following some strange behavior he was exhibiting. Not only was the staff prompt and polite, but Ryan made sure to keep me updated every step along the way. Once I spoke with Dr. Manning I got a renewed sense of relief due to his impeccable bedside manner and calm and confident disposition. Once all things were done they even helped to ensure that I didn’t leave their facility financially drained. It is such a huge joy to find a place that really seems to genuinely care about our pet families and not just the money associated with them. Though I don’t hope or plan on having many (any if I had my way) more emergency visits, I do know this is where I will go if that time comes. Thank you again, Ryan and Dr. Manning…you guys are true blessings and I am beyond thankful for you and all that you do. Stay blessed.

I am so incredibly grateful for the overnight crew, and the emergency service my pup received at The Night Watch!! The diagnosis and treatment process was accurate and successful as my senior dog improved over a 3 day period from a potential life threatening condition. The diagnostics also revealed several other conditions in which my regular Vet overlooked at a recent evaluation. The tech, Ryan, was patient and transparent when relaying pricing and all potential options available so my husband and I could make a proper decision in the treatment plan. I will absolutely entrust in this facility if I encounter another emergency situation with one of my pets.

Night Watch has helped us out with my dogs numerous times, and always during situations in which I was anxious and worried about my fur babies. Every time they have taken great care of us, making sure we fully understood the care our dogs were receiving, and answering any questions we had, putting our minds at ease. Tonight, it was Floyd that took care of our boy, Meatball and he was fantastic. He was personable and helpful. I could tell my boy was in good hands in Floyd’s care. Thank you again for helping us sleep easy at night, knowing our dog was taken care of.
